This my honest review. *** I use Ice Roller for chronic TMJ, migraines, severe thumb arthritis pain and neck stiffness (every 15 minutes until it is room temperature). After use, I wash it with warm soapy water, then make sure it's fully dry before I put the entire Ice Roller into a large Ziploc storage bag into the freezer. The roller is easy to snap on and off if you would rather freeze it by itself, but I like to keep it all together (plus there's the wear and tear of constantly removing it). Earlier this year, I visited the orthopedic surgeon for a third round of a Methylprednisolone injection directly into the wrist for severe thumb arthritis, trigger finger and carpal tunnel. This time, I brought Ice Roller with me for additional numbing before the injection (I tend to have mild needle anxiety). In addition, the Ice Roller worked by easing some of the pain and simultaneously calming me down while I waited for the doctor to appear. I was pleasantly surprised that my doctor was so fascinated by how simple, effective and inexpensive Ice Roller is. He asked several questions, tried it out as he repeated that he "wished he thought of it first." He even said he would recommend it to all of his patients! I hope he did because it's a great pain management tool to have. Ice Roller is about the size of a hairbrush, though slightly heavier. It's perfect to bring to the office (if you have access to a freezer within view of your desk), or maybe while watching your child's gymnastics class in a hot, crowded gym. You get the idea! It stays cool longer than you'd expect.

I use this twice daily and that's probably because it is so easy to use! Love that I can just rinse it off and throw it back in the freezer and I don't have to muck with filling anything up with liquid. Gets cold enough and feels so good in the mornings! Just recently started using it before bed and it helps me relax before falling asleep. Great quality for the price, the handle is very sturdy, and the mechanism for putting the roller ball on and off works well and is easy to use.

o.k. so challenges of getting old! Saw this, and said ah, why not give it a try. First time today. I used it after washing with cetaphil, and a toner. Then applied cream with this cold roller ( 15 minutes to get cold). Feels good! Told my brother: " I was going to roll out my face " lol. But seriously it feels good, I do not see instant results...but just got it, so will continue to try! Feels great! Handle...might not last, but if it lasts a year at least its worth it!!! Give it a try! many other uses as well...if you have pain, roll that cold roller on your pain! I would need an entire body roller omg!!!

I bought this because I read that it might relieve headaches. And it does. It's not always permanent relief, but it does relieve the pain while I'm using it, giving my Tylenol time to kick in. And sometimes, my headache is mostly gone when I'm done. It's easy to snap the roller onto the handle, and it feels nice on my face. The cold is a little shocking at first, but the gel is calming, and I get used to the cold quickly. It rolls well and works easily. Once I'm done, it pops off easily, then I wash it, put it in a bag, and put it in the freezer for the next time I need it. It's a great headache tool.

It’s a simple ice roller. That’s all I needed for my face. It’s wide enough I can ice roll my face in 1/2 the time a smaller beauty one would take. One night I got carried away picking at my face during my skin care ritual. This is the Only thing to calm my redness down. You’re supposed to only put the gel roller in the freezer, I accidentally put the whole thing in freezer a few nights. Plastic was durable enough not to crack. Now I remove the handle when I put it in freezer bc I really enjoy using this. Not taking chances lol Def recommend to my anxious face pickers and girls into skincare. Great in the morning to wake face up too! Feels so nice:) hth!
