Excellent customer service!! ** **Original Review** We were very pleased with this item until recently. It’s a good size and holds water as it should. It isn’t insulated, so it’s no surprise that it doesn’t keep the water cold in the summer. Where it became a disappointment is when a seam in the inflatable section came undone and no longer holds air. As a result, when my husband sits in the tub, all the water starts spilling over the edge. By the time his 5 minutes is up, half the water is gone. So it’s wasting a lot of water (which we are billed for in our neighborhood) and he isn’t getting a good soak. I didn’t think this would last forever. I did hope it would last a lot longer than 5 months. ... show more

The cold pod is easy to set up and to kick off plunging! Fast and easy. The company is great to work with for any issues or concerns. I have had nothing but positive things to say about both the cold pod and the company. I espeically like how it is easy to relocate, fill up and climb in.

I compared this tub to similar one I found and the main difference was great insulation on this tub. the plastic shell is quite thick and not easy to tear. Also the drain is heavy duty plastic along with an additional drain plug on the bottom. Easy to transport as well as it folds down into a small carrying bag ... show more

Purchased in September of 23 and it has been used daily. It has been very easy to maintain and seems to be holding up very well. I have it in my garage and simply open the door and run the included drain pipe out when it needs a refresh. The water stays consistently cool and if it gets too warm, I throw some ice packs in. For the price- it can't be beat. I think these probably fares better than a lot of the more expensive ones. I've used mine for a few months now and I LOVE it. It's small, so is inconspicuous in our backyard (since I'm the only user". But it isn't super thin on the bottom (I have mine placed on top of landscaping rocks). Easy to cover and uncover, fill and unfill. Even though I am doing this almost every day now- I wouldn't dream of upgrading to another tub. Love this one ... show more
