This is a great tub for the cost. I am 6' 2" and this tub provides the room I need for immersion up to my neck. Unlike cheaper models, the bottom and cover are insulated. Some tubs only insulate the sides. The cover is sturdy and way nicer than cheaper tubs. Lots of upgrades over cheaper models.

In the summer, I use this as more of a "plunge pool" for keeping cool in the heat of the summer rather than as an actual ice pod. I do add ice to it to keep the water at 72-74 degrees, but I rarely add more ice than it takes to keep the water at 72-74 degrees. Setup of the pod is extremely easy. It takes me approximately 10 minutes to set up the pod, and an additional 10-15 minutes to fill it. Storage is also easy. Just empty the water (theres a valve on the side to make this easy, let the air out of the top ring, take the legs out, and store in the bag. It's very easy to get and out of the pod. I'm an average-height woman, and I can easily step in and out of the pod. It's comfortable to sit in the pod. It's slightly padded on the bottom and sides, so it's comfortable. The cover does a nice job keeping debris out of the pod, though it will collapse under the weight of much rain. Even in 90-degree heat, the insulation of the pod keeps the water at temperature for several hours. I only have to add ice every other time I use the pod.

The relax cube came promptly and was not over packaged which I like quite a bit. Setup was a breeze, and the instructions were easily understood. It comes with 1 replacement support pole, a replacement o-ring for the front drain, and a patch kit. Though I find it unlikely one of the poles will break unless the tub is being abused. The other replacement parts would also be easily obtained if these replacements were to ever wear out. You can see it comes with a carry case so it can be broken down to move with ease. On the front of the cube it has a pvc ball valve for draining, and a clear accordion hose that attaches to the ball valve to extend its drainage to a convenient area. Just below that is a pull out plug for draining the remaining water in the tub. The upper ring of the tub inflates with a supplied air valve. It takes about 30 seconds to do and makes for a soft entry into the tub and a rigid frame for the top of the tub. Climbing into the ice tub was done with no effort as I am 6ft tall and 180 lbs. It had zero distortion on the walls sitting fully in the tub and resting up against the side wall. I cant really recommend this tub enough and for the cost its a no brainer. My regimen is to load the tub with a lot of frozen bottles of water. It takes about 20 minutes to bring it down to sub 40F. I shower and get cleaned up before getting in the tub. Use the tub for about 7.5 minutes fully submerged up to the edge of my jaw bone. Any longer seems to be counter productive from internal temperature drop. Get out of the tub and replace the bacterial float. I am using a bacterial float from a larger pool that is too strong. So I leave it in only briefly each day. I am hoping to find one designed for this size of tub. So I can leave it in all the time to keep things from growing in the water. Hope this helps fellow Cold Plungers, Relax Cube ftw

Low cost and lasted 3 months. It is difficult to keep the water cold when it is warm outside (I had the bath on my garage). I would fill the water to half and drop in eight 8lb blocks of ice to get the water to around 45 degrees (during the summer in TN it was ~70 degrees within 36 hours), then I would drain a few inches when I was done. During the winter, it stayed cold easily. I put in 3/4c of food grade hydrogen peroxide every time I used it which was every 72 hours. Changed the water out every 14 days and the water stayed clean. Not sure how but mine now has a tiny rip in the bottom so the water is inside the insulation and I can no longer use this product (I never dropped the ice in so I am thinking the material gave out while getting in or out).

Sturdy and durable material along with the large size of this ice bath is great. Had it set up and filling with water in less than 10 min. getting ready for my first plunge. Being new to ice bath plunges I wanted something nice enough to stand up to the elements but not one that was going to break the bank if I couldn't handle the cold and I found the perfect one here. Love how good I already feel by using this tub and think you will too.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for a friend. One of my favorite activities is getting the boys tuned up so they hop in my cold plunge. During one of these nights by buddy said he wanted one, so I ordered one to his house. He finally opens it and it’s USED and BROKEN. I missed the return day by one day. Not cool.
