Overall pretty easy to install considering. And if you need to adjust, that's easy to peel and restick. The design is really cute, however the vertical lines aren't all the exact same thickness on the edges that meet each other (so some look thicker than others in case you are anal retentive like me) and the Chevron lines don't perfectly match (minimally off) through the whole thing even if you have them matching perfectly to start at the top. Most people (read as guests) won't notice but if you are super detail oriented, you will notice up close. I'm really thrilled, 4.5 stars especially for the price.

I would highly recommend to keep looking for wallpaper instead of buying this. Sure it looks great online but not one single roll matched. Now you might be thinking “clearly this reviewer didn’t follow the recommend instruction and buy from the same lot” but I assure I did and not one roll was the same, not O N E. You might also be thinking “well that’s fine I can be wild and do a staggered pattern and it will still look cool” but again you would be wrong because it’s not just the basic pattern that is off from roll to roll but the black lines that create seams is off and not just off from roll to roll oh no but in an extreme twist of fate the black lines on the sides aren’t even the same width down a whole roll. So picture it……you successfully place one piece on the wall and you go for the next piece thinking this is going to look awesome when suddenly the lines don’t match they go from fat to thin to fat! Making the whole geometric pattern look like a toddler lined it up and there is no way to salvage this you must turn back now. As a disclaimer the 14 rolls I purchased could have been a freak accident a bad lot perhaps but I suspect not, so buyer beware and if you take the risk and it turns out great for you then you must be a wizard.

This geometric pattern is very difficult to get lined up and keep lined up as you move along. The paper itself is thin and if you have to pull it back up to readjust the adhesive is so strong that the paper stretches and then when you try to reapply that same section after adjusting it wrinkles. I cleaned my walls and even made myself a level line to start off with and keep my paper straight, but it's almost like the pattern is not printed onto the paper square. I bought two of the largest rolls together in the same purchase after reading other reviewers comments about the different sized rolls not lining up because of them being from different lots. But even with me doing that the black line that goes down both edges of the paper was thicker on one of my rolls than the other causing it to appear differently between sections. The paper is also so thin that it is easily wrinkled or torn. I was using a wallpaper application tool to apply it that has a felt edge and pressed down a little too much on one corner and it dug into the paper and ripped it up in one spot. So I had to remove the entire piece and start-over. This paper would be good used in smaller areas such as a backsplash or small feature wall, but is not ideal for taller walls and larger areas. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to other customers in the market. I chose this due to the positive reviews on the product for the price point, but don't be fooled like I was. Buy a better quality product if you are picky like myself.

So, I’m a big DIYer and I’m definitely learning as I go. I thought it’d be handy to share my learning experience! First off, this terrible application job was 100% my fault lol not the paper. I planned to apply it, add a trim to the top, paint, etc. but! My surface was incredibly uneven and the owner of this hut I live it was a cracked out meth head who was also a do-it-yourselfer 🤣 I’m fixing a bunch of mistakes, but here I tried to take a short cut. I peeled off EIGHT layers of vinyl paint from this wall. Yes. So naturally some drywall came off as well as some patches, like, they punched a hole in the drywall and put a mesh screen over it, and peeling the paint pulled them off as well. I fixed the holes, repatched, and applied some thick white 1-2-3 paint, primer and leveler to the wall. It is more even now than it was, BUT ITS STILL BAD lol Knowing I’d need a skim coat, I thought, eh, I paid $6 for this wallpaper, let’s see if it covers or smooths out the wall. Nope. Oh well lol This has been my learning experience. I will need to skim coat the wall before applying wallpaper this thin. Otherwise, it’s an awesome product! Very easy to use, very easy to apply. Definitely thin though. As you can see, my shoddy, not square, patched up wall definitely shows it’s neglect 👌 Hope someone else can glean something useful from this! Good luck y’all ❤️
