Great bass, just be careful if you buy from Amazon Resale. The package it came in was way too big, so the bass must have been tossed around inside the package during the route. I first played one of these at a music store in MD, when I was visiting there. It has haunted me ever since. Lately I played a show that provided me the funds to purchase it. I have always wanted an acoustic-electric bass guitar, and the thumb rest on this Ibanez clinched it for me. I'm baffled that more makers don't provide that. It's very reasonably priced, and I have no complaints. I need to do a slight truss rod adjustment, but other than that, it arrived in perfect shape in spite of the outer box being a little beat up. I've played bass professionally for over 50 years and I highly recommend this bass. ... show more

The guitar arrived damaged due to lack of correct packing. I tried to get a delivery of what I purchased and would have to wait up to 30 days for approval of their shipment that I have posted back to them. I am paying for the second guitar and hope to get it soon. What I saw of the first attempted shipment looked like a good product made by Ibanez. I look forward to playing my blues away once this run around is completed and hopefully some training will be offered to the packaging department. ... show more
