The media could not be loaded. Received the struts recently, work well - will make working in the trunk of the Bronco easier. Was able to successfully install by myself in about 30-45 minutes. But that was also procuring the tools, trying to pull up the video, etc. It doesn’t come with instructions, rather a QR code which takes you to the website, which you then have to search for the part number to get the video instructions. That’s literally the only reason I didn’t give this 5 Stars. Don’t make me go extra steps for instructions. It was infinitely easier to come back to amazon to watch the video. Also when attaching the bracket to the strap area, show that in more detail please! Overall, easy install. Can be done with one person (although likely easier with 2, especially when trying to hook the top strut to the ball joint since you also have to be lifting the trunk). Would recommend

I followed the IAG installation video and the install was very easy and it took me about 25 minutes taking my time. When I was done I tested the release of the soft top. The top would only go up an inch or so and then I had to "assist" it the rest of the way. The struts held the top in place but they are not strong enough to prop it open. I call the support number and I talk to the tech and I explain what is going on and right away they knew the issue. The 2023 and 2023 have a heavier top because of a thicker fabric being used on the tops. They just started testing heavier duty struts on a newer Bronco and he said they working as expected. He confirmed my information and told me once they have the struts they will send them out to me. For me the customer service aspect is just as import as the product they make and this was a really good experience with IAG. When looking for upgrade to my Bronco this IAG will be my first place to look. UPDATE 3/20/24: As promised IAG sent out the new struts and they work like they should now. Like I said nothing beats great customer service and IAG has it.

Read a lot of positive reviews for these so decided to pick them up. Installation was under 30 minutes and super easy for 1 person. Just follow the video on Amazon as it does not come with any instructions. It is nice to not have to use the little prop arm anymore to hold up the back of the soft top. The real star of the show is going from having your top all the way back to normal. It goes up with little effort almost on its own. I’d love to get the second piece for this with the easy release/handles but for the price it isn’t worth it. It’s easy enough to open and close this with this kit. I’m sure it would be awesome to have but no way it’s worth another $250.
