I ordered a pair of stools, and while assembling one, I ran into an issue with one stool out of the two—possibly a clogged or leftover plastic from the cap of part B. The assembly is very simple and takes 2 minutes. I contacted customer service, and they immediately sent me a brand new pair, free of charge, which arrived within two days. I loved that the chairs are sturdy, yet luxurious. I could easily swivel, and adjust as needed. They fit just right into my small space. The value for my money was great. It was an easy assembly. I highly recommend, and will definitely purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly: Both swivel bar stools are in the same box. It is very well packed with protection for the stainless portions. The instruction contains 5 steps. It is primarily to put pieces to each other with the exception of 4 screws that need to be screwed with the provided Allen key. Material: Materials are stainless, which is very shiny, and velvet, which is very soft. I was surprised by how it looked and felt in real. Does not feel cheap. Everything is sturdy, and after a try, the material chosen is perfect for the job. Use: The use of the swivel stools is for the island in our kitchen. So far, we are satisfied. The height remains at the one selected by the pressured cylinder. Finishing: Velvet is not the most accessible material to clean. Thus, I would consider this swivel bar chair only if you do not have young children. If you are an adult with older kids, it should be fine. The finish of the velvet makes the chair to be luxurious. It looks good, and it feels great.

Pretty chairs, easy assembly.. but after about a year of using, one of the chairs isn't as sturdy anymore and squeaks. Im sure WD40 would be able to fix the squeaky noise. Overall im satisfied and they add a elegant touch to my kitchen island.
