  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact Powerhouse - The Revolt 3 Delivers!
This case is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a small footprint build without sacrificing performance. The Revolt 3's clever design eliminates the need for a PCIe riser, which is a huge plus. It also comes with a surprisingly decent PSU, saving you money and hassle. While the compact size does present some challenges, the result is well worth it. My only real gripe was the limited space for top fans. While it's designed for one, I managed to squeeze in two slim fans with some creative maneuvering. It was a bit tricky, so be prepared to get your hands dirty! Similarly, component selection requires careful planning. I ended up going with the ASUS ROG Strix B760-I motherboard (despite my personal dislike of Asus!) which proved to be a perfect fit. Cooling was another consideration, but I successfully installed the be quiet! Dark Rock TF 2, albeit with a slight modification. I swapped the stock fan for two be quiet! Silent Wings Pro 4 140mm fans, one of which I cleverly mounted as a top-mounted CPU fan. This setup keeps my system running cool and quiet. I also had to make a small modification to my GPU cooling by adding some foam to ensure proper separation between intake and exhaust airflow, preventing them from mixing and impacting cooling efficiency. Overall, the Revolt 3 is an excellent case. The small form factor, included PSU, and clever design make it a winner. Just be prepared to put in a little extra effort during the build process, especially when it comes to cooling, fan placement, and potentially some minor GPU adjustments. The end result is a powerful and compact machine that's sure to impress. ... show more

  • Absolutely GREAT case, with GREAT value
Style: Black W/ 700Watt PSU
Good: -No riser cable needed -Comes with a 700W gold rated power supply with three PCIE 8-pin power connectors -Very sturdy handle, headphone holders on the sides -Side panels come off very easily, -Plenty of space for installing a decent air cooler (if you don't install a side fan) -Support for two 2.5 in drives AND one 3.5 inch drive -3 slot expansion card bracket with room to fit coolers that extend beyond that. HOWEVER, be mindful of your graphics cards height. For demonstration, I included a picture of my graphics card that's in my main PC. Physically, it can fit, but would not be able to close the side panel because the power connectors going to the graphics card interfere. Bad: -The power button is part of an integrated circuit board that also has a drive activity LED built in. The LED light shows through the power button. I didn't know this, nor is it stated anywhere. So I thought the power button was defective. -CPU power connector may not reach the port on your motherboard depending on the motherboard and what CPU cooler you have installed (I did not have this problem, but other have that I've read). -Not really a bad thing for me, but the I/O is all on the bottom of the case. I've had to get a few right angle adapters to take some strain off of cables. -The front USB-C port does NOT plug into the motherboard, but is an EXTENSION cable. Meaning you have to plug this into the motherboards I/O. I had to buy an adapter to use the motherboard port rather than the one on the I/O. -VERY hard to install the motherboard if you are using SATA storage devices, if you have a motherboard with SATA ports that are angled. I have the Asrock Phantom Gaming B550 ITX/AX. The ports must be plugged in PRIOR to installing the motherboard, otherwise you can fit them in the connector for lack of space from the Power supply container. MAJOR oversight from Hyte. Overall, VERY good Mini-ITX case with broad GPU compatibility, and and surprisingly good CPU air cooler compatibility. HIGHLY recommend! ... show more

  • Excellent ITX case. The power supply is also excellent.
First of all the power supply that comes with this case is made by High Power a top manufacturer of power supplies in China, right up there with Super Flower in terms of company size and quality of their product. This is NOT some "tier C" PSU regardless what any other reviewers might claim. That is bull. Look at their other power supplies, High Power is top shelf. It's based on some unvetted list floating around the internet, that was a complete guess and conjecture. It even says on that list '( speculative position )', meaning someone made a wild guess without facts or even testing it. The power supply that comes with this case is warranted for 10 YEARS. I challenge anyone to find a SFX-L PSU as good as this one for even $80 standalone, yet you are getting it essentially for free when the combo deal comes along. The fan on it is completely silent. After you build the first one of these the second one is much easier. I have bought two of these when the combo deal comes along. It's an unbeatable deal no other maker can touch at this price. The voltages are rock solid. Extremely stable with Ryzen 5 5700X CPU and AMD RX 6750 TX GPU with power to spare. I am running a Radeon RX 6750 TX video card and it's rock solid. My only nit is the 8 pin CPU cable needs to be about two inches longer because crosses over the top of the motherboard which is a ASROCK B550-ITX/ac. It fits but is not perfect cable managment, another two inches and it could have been tucked along the side of the board. ... show more

  • Does almost everything right but brings nothing new to the table.
This case is very good but its brought down by one thing, competition. Its a competitor to the smaller and more affordable SSUPD which does everything this case does but better in terms of radiator support, size and pricing, with build quality being very similar. If you want a small form factor case the SSUPD and the NR200 outperform this case while being priced better. This case is still great, with great cooling and airflow, gpu support and good overall quality of the materials and I will give it a solid recomendation as a good competitor in the SFF market, that said, only get this case if you like its style, if this case looks the best to you buy it, you wont regret it, but be aware there are better more functional options for less in this market. Quality 4/5 Stars Solid case, the top panel is easily bent and its pretty bad quality, everything else is exelent using a ghost s1 as a standard. The carriying handle feels like it could break under load but only time will tell. Cooling 3/5 It can fit a 280 radiator and it has good airflow, but cant do much outside of that. The 80mm fan has made no difference in thermal testing. Its competitors can fit more fans and radiators. Ease of use 5/5 Easiest itx case to work with compared to the ghost S1, Ncase, SSUPD, Silverstone RVZ03 and NR200, its very beginer friendly and well designed, good overall cable management as well and great space for 2.5inch ssds in the back and a full size hard drive, though more on that later. Things to improve upon and thoughts: The hard drive cage chokes one of the radiator fans if placed from the inside, having the option to remove it would help with cable management, airflow and even give you space to fit a pushpull configuration on a radiator using a mix of slim and regular sized fans, it would also give you more space to potentially mount a pump for a custom loop, overall I think the forced hard drive cage hurts the case more than it helps. The case is more expensive than its competitors and it does nothing to stand out from them, its fairly priced but theres no reason to pick it up over the SSUPD(unless you like this one more). Overall a solid case that offers healthy competition in the SFFPC market. Edit: Ive used the handle atleast once a week to transport the computer since November 2021. Despite being carried moderate distances with only one hand its held up, I will edit this post if the handle fails in the future. Edit:2026 still holding ... show more

  • Wonderfully easy to build in, but a bit bigger than I'd like
This case is a great competitor to the NZXT H1, at a MUCH more reasonable price point. The included 700W power supply is great, the cables are the perfect length, so cable management is made very easy and organizable. The radiator/fan mounting system that pivots outwards is really handy for quick access to the parts beneath it, however if the tubes on your AIO are a big longer than usual, you might have to sort of shove them in there, which doesn't feel particularly great to do. Lots of room for graphics card, I have a pretty small RTX 2060 that had a lot of room to spare. They somehow managed to fit a whole 3.5" drive bay in this thing, which is super nice. The downward-facing IO was a bit annoying to deal with, but HYTE provides you with a TON of space beneath the case to route cables out to the back. This is a fantastic feature that cases like the SSUPD Meshlicious do not have. Personally I quite like the look of it, but the NZXT H1 definitely wins in the looks department simply for it's square base and glass front panel. The biggest downside to me was simply the size of the thing. While it is considerably smaller than a normal ATX case, it's about the same height and even width as some ATX cases. I wanted an ITX rig that I could fit on my desk, and I found this to take up quite a lot of space. I did ultimately replace the Revolt 3 with the Meshlicious case by SSUPD simply for the size and aesthetics. Compared to that case, however, this one is far more maneuverable and has much better features (and an included power supply!) I highly suggest this case to anyone wanting to dive into the world of ITX, especially at the price of only $170. ... show more

  • 9.10 case!
Great case. Hyte paid attention to the top side and it's greatly appreciated! Very easy to build. Need to pay attention if you want to upgrade to newer cards. 4070 from ASUS doesn't fit!

  • Great case, easy to build in
Style: Black Case Only
My PC was previously housed in a Cryorig Taku, which I love but took up too much of my desk. This case is much more compact and can easily go on my desk or under it. Every side of the case comes off, so it's nice to work in. Everything went in smoothly and I had no major issue setting it up! Lots more airflow than my previous case too, so it hasn't been getting as hot. Overall I recommend if you like small PC cases. ... show more

  • Good quality case with high quality finish
I had a pretty pleasant experience building in this case. I don't use AIO's so there was plenty of room. Love the finish of the case and it just feels sturdy and made from quality materials. I used the Noctua NH-L9x65 chromax.black Low-Profile CPU Cooler and the thermals didn't exceed 76 degrees C on a Ryzen 5 7600X under load. ... show more
