The description said that the pillow supports head and/or neck. It does neither. Yes, it is soft, but your head and neck sink right through to the bed. I sent an email to the email address given to me on the enclosed card, but I have heard nothing in return. I would not recommend this pillow at all. I am giving it 1 star because it is soft, but it will not help with head or neck pain. I sleep with two pillows at the moment until I can find a truly supportive one. Even one that I bought at Walmart or one of the discount clubs are better than this. ... show more
