    • Amazing, but get the brushless
First up, this car is pretty amazing. It's ridiculously fast out of the box and overall amazingly durable. It will absolutely put a smile on your face. Upgrading to a 3s lipo unlocks beyond ridiculous speeds but is honestly too fast for most people. On the downside, while the overall build is incredibly durable - the plastic CV axle joints are the weakest link. I've broken 4 total (including the two extras included) within just a few weeks. The first from impact, the next two were from the wheel-screws sheering off inside the joint. I tried to upgrade to the metal CV axles sold by hypergo (for $24) but they did not fit in the rear (I suspect you need the metal differential upgrade, which is another $20)... Either way, you're better off buying the brushless H16BM or H16PL which already come with both the metal CV axles and differential, not to mention a brushless motor with cooling fan and upgraded esc. Overall, a great buy for $80 on prime day - but just wish I had bought the brushless version which was on sale for $120. ... show more

This RC vehicle is incredible, it is amazingly fast and will run on every possible surface. The control works great and the truck itself is very durable. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to bring their inner child out! FUN FUN FUN !!!

The good. This is a great little truck for it's price. It can climb just about anything. It takes jumps pretty well, and with it's metal oilfilled shocks, it is very well planted even on asphalt. It drives through Grass pretty well too. the shocks come prefilled so there is no maintenance there. The speed at 70% is even pretty good for my 6yo son to learn on. the FN button to turn the light bar on is pretty cool. I tried this with a 3S Lipo..... it moves!! this is a good RTR truck for a child to learn on. hopefully they will make some aluminum hopups, and actually have some customer service....and that leads me to the bad. The BAD. The plastic CVD Stub axle will break, and the retaining pin will come out, and the ball/yoke will fall out. This will leave you with 3 wheel drive. It still drives, but it won't climb stuff. If you lose those 2 little metals parts in the yoke, you will not be able to find them Now on their page they have upgraded metal CVD Axles. I got these thinking it would fix everything. THEY DON"T FIT, they are 1.5MM too long. you can install them but they bid the rear shocks, and also they make a clicking sound when turning, and they bind the steering servo. What they don't say is you need to buy 2 of their upgraded metal Differentials as well. (They come with 1.5MM shorter metal axle cups) CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. The phone number doesn't work, and they have yet to respond to any of my emails. 1. I reached out to them about the broke plastic CVD Joints...Nothing. 2. I reached out to them about the metal CVDs being too long.... Nothing 3. Now, my Transmitter won't sync with the Cars reciever....Nothing The controller/transmitter is a little cheap feeling. I was able to machine 1mm off the inner bearing seating surface, and the axle cup from the metal CVD to make them work in the car, and it was running VERY WELL...but now I'm stuck with no transmitter. ... show more

We've jumped this, flipped it, rolled it, you name it...and it keeps on "ticking". My son just loves it, and we've come up with so many fun places to drive it.
