The MJX Hyper Go H14BM is the same as the 14210 in case you do not know. This RC car has been out for a few years and it is easily one of the best RC bashers on the market. For the scale and price it is so good. What I did with it: I got it set up, adjusted the shocks and did some high speed passes to test the handling and it handles well and is really improved over the original version when it comes to handling. This isn't an RC car you will get into competitive racing with though and it doesn't pretend to be. It is built to run, jump and bash and it is built like a brick house. Next, I busted out the trusty ramp and started launching it. It has plenty of power to hit jumps and still give you more than enough throttle for air control. This is a review so I was jumping on concrete, which is very hard on RC cars and I never do it otherwise, but for you I had to be extra hard on it. It has fantastic air control and I didn't land every jump, but it was easy to land most of them cleanly. I got the H14BM about 10-12 feet in the air (I wouldn't go higher on cement) and was able to do multiple flips pretty easily while still landing them. I did have more than a few bad landings and flat out landed on the roof more than once. This truck took all the punishment and begged for more. I ran out of battery before I could break anything so you can rest assured it is a tough as nails basher. Who is it for? If you want something fast, fun and durable this fits the bill. It is for running, jumping and crashing. You won't be winning any competitive races , but that is what low center of gravity RC buggies are for. This is for doing stunts and having fun. That said, if you run an RC hard enough you will break something and this package comes with EVERYTHING that you could possibly break. You get an extra set of all of the control arms, the wheel hubs/knuckles which are the most likely to break parts in a crash. Typically if you land or crash very hard on one tire one of these parts will break. They are designed to be the weak point so you don't break the electronics or the chassis which are more expensive and harder to replace. The electronics: The servo is fast, powerful and well built so there is no need to upgrade it like a lot of hobby grade RC cars. The ESC is reliable and provides plenty of power to the motor. The motor is big for the car and gives it more speed than you need. Overall, the electronics are proven to be durable and long lasting while providing excellent performance. It is known in the RC world that this little tank is built tough and will hold up to punishing jumps and crashes. The Remote: This is one of the drawl back to the RC car. The remote gets the job done, but it is nothing special and very much an intro level controller. The Accessories: You get a set of paddle tires with the car that are great for sand or snow. You get all of the replacement parts I mentioned earlier, you get a replacement tail in case the original breaks, you get an extra body shell (most RC cars do not include 2), an extra battery, extra shock towers, extra body posts, a charger and tools for working on the car. Heck, you almost get two cars with all the extra stuff included. This car and the package really is a fantastic deal. You are getting one of the best 1/14 stunt cars on the market with all of the replacement parts you will need and more. I wish I had 3 arms so I could give the H14BM three thumbs up! Have fun bashing :-) ps don't forget to press the button next to the power button 5 times to unlock FULL speed. It comes stock at a reduced speed to help beginners not crash while learning.

I've reviewed many fast rc racers at this price point, and this one is the most rugged and fastest one of the bunch. First of all, it touts a 3S 11.1V 2000mAh battery. You get two of them of course. It comes with many common spare parts needed if you abuse it too much and something breaks. That said, it almost seems indestructible. Starting with an all metal frame. I took it to the skate park, waited till it was vacant, and fired it up. I landed on concrete many times from a huge jump, with no damage. The oil filled shocks, which are adjustable, came stock just fine for this. It comes with a second set of wheels that are great for sand and loose dirt with their built in "paddles", see the pic. The problem with them of course is that if you use them on some surfaces, they grab almost TOO much, and quickly overwhelm even the one large wheely bar wheel on the rear. The only negative, and it's not a huge one, is the controller. At this price point, I expected something a little more sophisticated. You can tweak the steering of course, and there is a throttle trim, and then a slide switch OFF/ 70%/ 100%. That's it. It seems like the sturdiest rc car I've ever reviewed, but nothing is indestructible. The good news there is that it comes with tons of spare parts that you would need for serious crashes breaking or bending something. Why only 4 stars? I'm not taking off stars due to the lackluster controller, as that it perhaps how they kept the price so low on an rc car that has so many high end parts. However, like most rc cars, you have to install the wheelie bar yourself. No problem, as they include the tiny 1.5mm hex wrench. Unfortunately, that little thing was so cheap that as soon as I tried to unscrew the two bolts where it attaches, it stripped inside the bolt head. Those screws are not all that accessible with that huge tail in the way. I had a VERY difficult time using a needle nose pliers laboriously turning that tiny screw head 1/4 turn at a time before I could get it out. That took me the better part of 15 minutes given where it was located. I certainly don't expect high quality tools with these cars, but at this price point I expect the tools to at least do the job they wee intended to do. Aggravating.
