While taking down my tree, I was remembering how long it took me to find the right one here on Amazon. Still feeling the Christmas spirit, I thought I would help you all out if you’re having the same dilemma. I must have had about 10 different ones in my cart at one time, just so I could go back and forth and make a decision. Always being a “real tree only” person, times have changed. I like knowing I can put up my tree whenever I want and not have to worry about breaking my body or getting a hair full of needles while I water it EVERY DAY! I found the only two aspects that were the most important to me were PRICE and FULLNESS. The built in lights and snow are just the icing! This tree is a FULL, beautiful, 7.5’ tall, “slim” tree. I say “slim” because even though it’s not a fat tree, it’s definitely not a skinny tree. It is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for smaller rooms. It has 10, yes 10 different light settings with a button switch that is on a cord long enough to set out away from gifts under the tree making it always accessible. Do yourself a favor and stop looking. This tree is sturdy, well made and actually, pretty perfect!

It’s great and I took a few pictures, so you could see what comes with it, what it looks like once I had it about 75% fluffed, then with the white lights, and finally ornaments and multicolor lights on in case you wanted to see that. Btw, I recommend putting the tree against a white wall and taking a picture after fluffing the branches. It really helps you see the gaps and areas you missed so much better than just looking at it while fluffing. About the physical Tree: - Comes in a rather small surprisingly compact box… But has everything you see in the first picture. - For the price point, it’s a beautiful tree and ticks all the boxes. The different lighting options is just a bonus, but I do enjoy them.. - Assembly was fairly straightforward and easy. - Fluffing the branches is definitely an art and takes a bit of time and I probably still haven’t done it well enough. But with the ornaments, any gaps or holes are completely filled. -it’s slim… But that’s what I needed so that I had tons of clearance to get into my desk area. And I appreciate that it did not take up that much floor space. About the Customer service: I had some concerns about the delivery timeframe. FedEx pushed it by almost a week, and I reached out to customer service. Less than 12 hours, they replied, offered some helpful solutions, as well as reaching out to FedEx, and the next day I had my tree. They were fantastic and addressed my concerns… Even though it was not their fault, or any fault of their product, they still helped me get a resolution quickly and offered some credit. Definitely felt well taken care of, and in the age of Amazon, where you don’t know who you’re dealing with, this was very refreshing. For me, it’s not just about product, but it’s also about customer service, and they Excelled at both. Very happy with my tree, if you’re thinking about getting this one, my advice… Just do it. And if you need additional help, know that their customer service will actually respond.

This is a great tree. I have a very small space for my tree and this one fit perfectly. Easy to put together and was beautiful when all the ornaments were on it. I also liked that I could have multicolored lights or white lights with a push on the foot pedal. For the price it’s a great tree. I was very pleased with it!

The tree was not as full of lights as I expected, so I added extra lights myself. Once I took the time to fluff each branch and add ornaments, it looked very full and beautiful. I also liked the narrow shape, which was exactly what I wanted. The quality and value were about what I expected for the price. Overall, I was happy with it and would recommend it.

The overall size of this 7.5 ft. flocked pencil tree is perfect and a little fuller than I expected. It looks very real and just as pictured and described. From outside looking through my picture window the color changing lights are bright and can be adjusted from white to multicolor by simply pressing the 10 function foot pedal button. Beautifully flocked it has a full appearance with minimal fluffing and does very little shedding. **The included instructions will tell you how to fluff to get the fullest looking tree. It doesn’t hold very heavy ornaments well and one of my tree toppers wouldn’t fit just right. Being a three section tree set up is extremely easy. Everything clicked together quickly and the lights connected instantly. The base is sturdy and holds the tree securely upright. It’s very lightweight and easy to move. It was extremely well packaged with no damage and arrived on time. A wonderful tree at a great price I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall very happy with the item. It did come together quick, and worked on first attempt. The only complaint is that the build quality, mainly on the connections and the pedal feel very cheap. The light pattern options, most felt novelty or irritating, but one or two were nice. But theres about a dozen or so to click through with the pedal, so it can be irritating if you click one too many and have to do it all over again to get to your pick. It would be great if there was a default setting, or an app that you could pick. In the end, its pretty, and it was cheap so overall very happy. Just hoping it lasts for at least a few years
