The media could not be loaded. Instruction card easy to follow. set up per directions and do far the seeds germinated and are growing by 5 days, almost twice as fast as starting them in seed starting soil. I have this out in my greenhouse but would work great indoors also.

I forgot that we used to have something similar and stopped using it as it became too much of a hassle to use. We'll give this a good college go and see if we like it any better but so far it's okay, a bit complex and we need to get more seeds to use in this thing. We'll try it out for a season before making any major decisions.

Lots of parts to open be patient. Remember it takes a lot to plant. Pulled all the parts out. Put the plug-in, reset and learn remote. It does not come with seeds. . .Read instructions 2x. . The n found the quick guide. Need to watch a video. Finally planted seeds . . . Waiting for sprouts . . . Will be excited if I’m successful - rather complicated for me. Wait and see .. I did a setup w/ shelf hold all pieces … made it easier when organized …. will update when plants come in . .

I really like this hydroponic garden! The size is good for herbs or smaller plants. It fits decently on a countertop or table without taking too much space while still having a decent number of plant slots (12). Generally, if your plants are going to get on the larger side you don’t want to use every slot, but the number really allows you to have options when placing them. The adjustable height and angle of the lighting is extremely nice to have. As plants grow then, you can adjust it as necessary to avoid scorching them. I also do like the different lighting modes that the lights have. Different wavelengths do affect plants differently, and while it’s not the most important thing to have, it is nice to be able to tailor the lighting a little more if you’re doing specific plants. The pump is very quiet, so if you are a noise sensitive person or in a place where quiet is necessary, it likely won’t be a bother. I also like the visual window for water levels and the location of the water input. The plants should not get in the way of the water intake, as it’s on the corner, and the visual window lets you check at a glance if you need to add water. I personally had another grow set up similar to this already, so it was very easy for me to set everything up and go. However, following the instructions for this unit, I don’t think I would have any issues setting it up even if I hadn’t had that previous experience. Overall, setup is really easy. I only have a couple of negative comments about it. There is no reminder to add fertilizer to the water. My other hydroponic grow system has a light reminder that will turn on every two weeks to add the fertilizer. It’s not necessary, but I wish this unit had one as well, as I tend to forget things. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hydroponics system for someone looking to get into hydroponics. Just remember to get some seeds too!

Nice hydroponic system which will fit on just great in a countertop of kitchen table. Directions seem pretty straight forward, all the parts seem to be there. One star taken off because the listing leads you to believe seeds are included, and they weren’t. Have to buy those separate. So it’ll be a little while before I get the system up and working. But as far as I can see the design seems pretty good. I like how small it is because I don’t have a big kitchen, but this’ll fit just perfect on my countertop so I can grow some herbs and veggies. Excited to grow my own produce! Just as soon as I buy some seeds ;-)
