It keeps fluids cold even when it is hot outside and is kept in the car (I live in FL) where the temp can get well over 100F. The outside of the flask will get hot but despite that, the water is cold. The only thing that I don't like is that is sometimes leaks a little fluid even when tightened. The leaking comes from the spot where the straw is attached. It's not all the time, just sometimes and I cannot figure out why it does or does not do it. So, I did take a star off for that. I also like the carry handle that can easily grab onto to carry the bottle when I have to. It does get a little heavy when completely filled but it's not bad at all. ... show more
