I was honestly shocked at the cost of lunch box/coolers by reputable brands when I did my research. This wasn't as high as others. I got it on the recommendation of several coworkers who have the same. I like the size, the soft sided-hard shell. We all wish there were more exterior pockets or storage. With one cold pack, food stays cold for a long time. With two cold packs, its cold ALL DAY! I will say, the pink gets dirty easily and it does not come off. The whole back side has turned blue from rubbing against my jeans when I wear the shoulder strap. This cooler is one of my prized possessions, I take it everywhere but my favorite is for long road trips and the beach. This cooler is the perfect size for that and combines style with functionality perfectly. Very durable, water resistant, leak resistant, and the zipper quality is excellent. I bought this cooler because I stand by hydroflask products and it didn't disappoint. I had food in there (with ice of course too) and it stayed cold for almost 2 days and withstood the car rides and stops along the way! I would check the size though, I've gotten both the bigger and smaller cooler and the size is very different. If you are wanting this for a lunch box use, I think it's too big/bulky. ... show more

This is a really great lunchbox especially for those in EMS. I used this in the fire academy and throughout the hot summer days, my lunch stayed cold inside. I use it a lot on the ambulance and my food never spoils. I give it a 4/5 because I had to buy some ice packs to go inside to keep everything cold but the lunchbox itself makes sure everything stays cool in it.
