Received item today. It is nicely and securely packaged, all components are included and also nicely packaged. Batteries are included for the remote control. The unit seems properly constructed, it is in very good condition and seems to have been built with care. Registration of the product online went smoothly. I use the QR code to register. It was a very quick process, probably under 5 minutes. Manual is easy to understand. Unit is easy to operate. I completed one 10 minute session, to ensure that the unit and all the parts are functioning, and feel very good physically. Will continue to use daily to get a good idea for potential benefits as well as any functionality issues. At first blush, this is a great unit and I hope that it continues to function well. Let me just start by saying score recieved minus one star because box was damaged upon delivery and the remote is nowhere to be found. I've tried to call the company several times and never reach anyone. Luckily, it can easily be used without the remote and has made for so many fun family times 😆 The kids get a kick out of watching me on it. I love that it's quiet and I can watch TV or whatever while doing it, I can also incorporate other pieces of my workout into it. I quickly found the value in using speed 40 vs 1. All of my family are using it now! I like it has 40 levels, and my children are using it at level 20 while I am using it at level 40. It stimulates your muscles and hopefully can shake some fat off as well. A++++
