I'm 5'9" 160lb and ordered the 32X32. Perfect fit and length. Room still have room in the waist if you want to utilize the drawstring but not necessary to keep them up. Very sleek and comfortable. Thin breathable material. Length is just fine. Waist sizing runs about 2 sizes small. Bought a 40 which is my normal pants size. To bend over, pick up my leg, sit down. They will pull off your backside
