Double-stitched, heavy-duty polyvinyl bags with a handle and velcro closure. Large enough to hold some serious weight. These are not the kind one dumps sand or rocks directly into, more like a container for a plastic wrapped sandbag or something along that line. I suppose one could put medium to large rocks in and the velcro would keep things together, just keep in mind they aren't airtight or have closures that would retain small grains or pebbles. Some of the most hardcore weights I have though so these are used when greater support is desired than typical. Happy with the quality and value

I'm on the fence on how the star rating for these bags. If the description was a bit more detailed then I would probably bump up the rating but these won't meet my application and I couldn't determine that until I got the bags since there were no customer images at the time that I got them. The positives, the construction of these is really good. The seams are well sewn and the material is sturdy. I'm confident that it will hold the rated capacity. The integrated D-ring and handles all seem good. The negative (depending on your perspective) is that these "sandbags" don't seal at all. They aren't the type of sandbag where you fill and it holds the sand inside no matter the orientation. The flap closure is just hook and loop with open sides so whatever you fill it with will fall out if the bag is tipped one way or the other. That may work for some of the applications but don't expect to load these up in your car and not have the contents spill out unless you put your sand or gravel into another bag inside these bags (then what's the point). The description indicates these could be used for storm sandbags, I don't feel that's an appropriate use, not only is it impractical based on the design, at this price point it doesn't make sense, you aren't lining a property with this type of bag. The ~$60 price point seems a little steep in general but it's similar to others that I have found. Bottom line, if you want sturdy bags than can hold weight that is put in a secondary internal container then these will work, or if you want to fill them with rocks or sand collected on-site to temporarily hold down a tent or similar structure then these will work well. If you want something that you can fill up and throw in your car or use inside to hold down exercise equipment for example the this is not a good fit.

I got these for securing outdoor tents and nets. They’re really overkill for what I was thinking, they’re very large and can hold lots of weight, and have convenient anchor points as well. They also have really nice carrying handles; I think they’d work really well for as weights to lug around in a home gym. Really high quality and well made.

These were an impulse buy to help secure my inflatable Christmas decorations on windy days. Of course I didn’t read the dimensions listed in the ad so when they got to me, there was no way that they would fit into the tiny hole of my inflatable decorations. That is no fault of the bags or the company. These bags are pretty impressive. They are well-made and thick. They are made of the same material as large, bounce houses, that thick vinyl. All of the handles and hooks are double secured with stitching on the outside and additional material on the inside to make sure they don’t rip out. Although I won’t be using them for my original purpose, they do make excellent storage bags for my inflatable decorations. I will be looking to see if they have similar bags in a smaller size.
