I am a yoga teacher and I love adding these sandbags to my yin classes. The 10 lb weight is accessible for most people, giving just enough pressure without being too much. I wish the sand inside these bags was contained better. They definitely leak sand, which is difficult to deal with in a yoga studio. I certainly don’t want it on my student’s mats.
