I've had a low-end Bosch 2-line laser level that has served me well for many years. However, I recently tackled a bathroom tiling project that demanded more features. Also, green lasers are significantly easier to see in well-lit spaces compared to red. This laser level performed flawlessly throughout my project, proving to be both accurate and dependable. The battery life was excellent, too. I mounted it on an inexpensive camera tripod, although the laser level's weight was a bit much for it. After researching many of the "name brand" lasers, I purchased the Huepar ZK04CG. The price difference alone was worth giving this brand a go. And I am not disappointed. This is a green line laser and as you can see in the pictures, with the bright LED room lighting on, the green beam is more than bright enough. The laser line itself, as best I could measure it is 3/32" thick, very crisp with definitive edges. The fit and finish is excellent. I looked at all the big names and it is every bit the robust feel of lasers costing 2 to 3 times the price! Nice padding on the corners and even on the battery back. The case fits well but a padded foam insert would offer better impact protection IMHO. I couldn't get the remote to operate the laser. I'm sure Huepar has a logical explanation and their communication is rapid and responsive! Amazon as always delivered in a timely fashion as promised! Update: Huepar responding immediately and informed me hiw to pair the remote with the Laser. Works flawlessly! Don't hesitate if you need a green beam laser with cross line capability! ... show more

Brightness of this laser is good. A little thicker line than some brands, but I like that for easy visibility and would sacrifice some precision for that feature. Build quality is good, compared to other huepar lasers and other brands. Case and features are good for the price. Level is correct as far as I could measure. ... show more
