Works well, good for a beginner. However, there was nowhere on the guitar to attach a shoulder strap/sling. My small child has a difficult time holding the whole guitar.

I play this guitar everyday to practice and it works very well for me. For the money it is not fancy. Beautiful wood comes with a price. My first classical guitar dates back to 1968 and is very special to me. For the beginner, start out slow and when you are ready then spend the big bucks. Take good care of your instruments ! This was a gift for a beginner, for the price it is a good guitar with good sound. Comes with a bag, not a great bag but something to cover the guitar.
