The ad is misleading. You think you are getting the couch but you are only getting the cover. And the cover is just a stretch piece of material that likely costs about $5 to make. Don’t waste your money. I bought it for a birthday present a couple months before the birthday and will never do that again. It was too late to request a refund by the time it was opened and I became aware it was only a cover. Amazon should not allow such advertisements that are clearly misleading. ... show more

If I could give it 0 stars I would, first off if you are like me you just look at the pictures and not the description, well it’s not an actual bean bag it’s a cover, but whatever you could fill it with blankets or something. I ordered in July and it was supposed to arrive in September which is insanity! I never received it, the seller marked it as shipped I tried to contact them but it just said that it was shipped and was still coming! I never received it! Do not waste your money on this! Update: still proceed with caution. It's a nightmare to return item, but I was able to get my refund. Still struggling to return item though. Proceed with caution, because returning this item is a nightmare. Seller with try to negotiate your refund with you. Customer service so far has been no help. Basically I got robbed. I never got a proper return label. As you can see there's a big price cut. It's probably because the seller realized that their product is not worth the price they were previously asking for. The zipper on this bean bag was too small to fit an inner liner through, I had to hand fill this beanbag and then within three days the beanbag had multiple holes in the stitching and the foam pieces were all over the house. Would love my money back but I have no way of returning the product since it is full of foam. Do not buy! ... show more
