We bought this vanity for my 9 year old. She absolutely loves it. For the price and her age, it’s exactly what she needed, nothing fancier. Docked one star just because it took my husband, who works in industrial maintenance, five hours to put together 😳 he only had to make one modification, so I consider that a win. Just took a long time to assemble. *edited to add. The usb cord is not working. Every time we turn it on/off, we are having to u plug it and switch outlets. I emailed the seller and am hoping to get a replacement cord. I will keep you updated on the outcome.

The saying goes you get what you pay for, well DO NOT waste your money on this product. I wanted a vanity desk for my teen daughter, and for $150.00 price tag, I thought this desk was gorgeous and very inexpensive. It was a NIGHTMARE to assemble. The pictures are not self-explanatory, it was very difficult to decipher what direction to put things in. The sliding rails for the desk were hard to assemble. It took two days to complete. You need to use an electric drill and a flat head screw driver for the bench (which is not mentioned) The buttons which go on after the screw are impossible to take out. The drawers did not line up properly (see pictures). Spend extra money for a quality piece, and do not buy this. There was also no support, or online videos to help you along the way. Worst product I ever bought on Amazon!

My package came relatively quickly, the first day of the estimated delivery range. There are a LOT of pieces and alone it took me like 5 hours lol. The directions are pretty clear, the only difficulty I had was getting started and making sure I put the drawer rails on correctly. The holes didn’t line up where the manual said to put it, but looking at the image and making a best guess worked perfectly fine and at the end the drawers all fit seamlessly. My one issue was that the mirror did arrive broken (as seen in first pic) BUT I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and had a replacement sent in a few days. The new mirror arrived today and is in perfect condition. I won’t mark stars down for the initial mirror being broken (and one board had a crack but it was nothing that affected the integrity) because it likely just happened during shipping and they were more than happy to fix any issues I had. Btw I am about 5’6 and this vanity is perfect size. I was worried about receiving a child-sized desk but along w the stool it’s at a perfect height (on the stool my head falls about mid mirror, so if you’re taller I think this would still work.) I am also a heavy person and the stool holds my weight perfectly fine. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend who had 5 hours to build a vanity lol.

I love this vanity, but there is one issue. The vanity has a fishy smell, but it’s slowly been wearing off. There’s a lot of storage space, and the appearance is the same in the photo. The lights at first were messed up, but it was a really easy fix.

Stinks like you wouldn't believe. I didn't notice it when putting it together. Now that its been in my daughter's room for a little bit you can smell it badly. The drawers smell awful. For the price it looks great and is very functional.
