Pros: • Arrived a day before its estimated date. • Comes with its own HDMI cable. • 64 GBs of RAM (great for RAM intensive workloads). I run virtual machines that require a lot of RAM. • Solid GPU & CPU that can run competitive games (CSGO, League of Legends, etc.) at pretty good frames. I hit a consistent ~240 FPS on League of Legends for example. • Unbeatable prices, especially compared to its competitors in the pre-built scene. With Intel, AMD, and Nvidia competing, prices are expected to improve relative to performance. And so will pre-builts. • A variety of ports on the back, and some on the front for connecting other hardware I/O devices. All the ones listed in the details section are present. • Guaranteed to break above 100% for each category in the PC benchmark test. • Comes with McAffe and the HP Omen applications to help you configure your settings to maximize the most you get out of your PC. • Surprisingly, it hasn’t overheated. I was concerned with the case and airflow, and so far it’s been in the 35-40°C (95-104°F) range when idle and hasn’t peaked over 65°C when running games. This is pretty normal for a PC. Similar story for the GPU. Things to know/consider: • The PC is built in Mexico, the included keyboard and mouse are from China. • This seems to be a refurbished product, but it’s been running as expected and there are no deviations or losses in performance. You will only need to install some software updates after setting up a profile, which do not take very long (~1-2 hours tops) with a good connection. You can leave it running in the background as you download applications and set up your PC. • You should buy this product if you can’t build your own PC or do not know how to. There’s no shame in this, you do not want to ruin expensive hardware components by accident which would then cost you more than a pre-built unit as you have to buy another one. • With the former in mind, the slight up charge (relative to the hardware component in the market) goes to the people who assemble these units. However, this is the case with every pre-built and shouldn’t be something surprising when buying a pre-built unit. • Again, you want to be a well-informed consumer before buying this product. There shouldn’t be any surprises, and from experience I bought this knowing exactly what I was getting. In the end, I got what it was advertised to come with. Cons: • Very subtle and minor case damage. Concentrated around where the case would be enclosed. It could be a shipment issue, and the damage isn’t very noticeable and didn’t affect the product. So no points lost. Verdict: I’ve been playing games, watching videos and shows, running virtual machines, etc. without any issues. All the components listed came with the product. I bought this computer a few months ago and have had issues with it ever since. Every few hours it kicks up an error messages, freezes, and shuts down. I've tried re-installing windows, updating all drivers, reformatting and deleting all applications, and restoring to past points and nothing works. Since it's past the 30 day return window with Amazon I'm not sure what my options are but hopefully this comes with some sort of warranty I can utilize so they can ship me a new one that hopefully wont be defective like this one. I've owned between 15-20 computers over my life and have never had one with these issues right out of the box. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! ... show more

Powerful processor that wasn't completely obsolete, as well as significant amount of RAM memory to help get the job done. Graphics card is worth it's salt. My only dislike is the power supply. It is only rated at 350W (Gold) and I feel for this type of rig you shouldn't run any less than 800W for performance reasons. The power supply cannot be swapped out for bigger generic model as it has proprietary connections to the Mobo. Overall, I would say for the money it is a good-ish value. ... show more
