I like the keyboard letters easy to to type with my big fingers.... I like the panel board around the keys it's looks like wood grain very sharp and nice looking. The only down fall about this PC laptop is the battery life it doesn't last long when not plugged in. Have also installed two programs, no hiccups, programs working as expected. Unexpectedly installed on system is HP Support Assistant, a huge step forward for HP as it is very helpful and stores all the information needed when contacting Support. It was a bad buy! The keyboard letters does not match with what is labeled there which makes it difficult to use. Additional i bought this because of the specifications and this laptop appears to be slower than the specs advertised.

The laptop is good in every way except for 1 thing. It DOES NOT HAVE A CD/DVD BURNER DRIVE. When I read the specs I missed it. Honestly I assumed it would include a cd/dvd drive and well it didn't. Never in a million years did I think to make sure it included the drive. Since the new machine is all setup with the stuff from our Windows 7 laptop so returning it is not an option. My solution is to ask the seller John 3:15 to reimburse me for the external drive I purchased. I am waiting for a response. ... show more

I hate this laptop. It's extremely slow and at times will automatically go to a different website. I would not purchase it again or an hp product because I had bought a printer a few years ago and it did not last, It stopped printing or copying within a year and I did not print often off it.
