After just two weeks at college carry handle has broken. The shoulder strap is starting to come loose now. Can't trust it anymore. I only carried a light 13in laptop and a few notepads in the backpack. So, it has never had a heavy load in it and has come apart. I liked the look of the backpack but is not sake to use. I just missed the 30 day return or i would have sent back. Not worth destroying my laptop by using it anymore. I would not recommend to anyone. ... show more

This backpack has weird pockets. The pockets aren’t useful Not a laptop backpack at all. The laptop compartment is very flimsy even with the Velcro strap I got the Matein back pack for 17.99. WAYYYYY better
