Somewhat Fountain Pen Friendly

Color laser printers print crisp and clear on this paper. It is thick and definitely feels very premium. I got this paper to make my own notebooks because I saw a posting that it is fountain pen friendly. This works with gel pens, kuretake fudegokochi, Sakura microns, Staedtler fineliners. No ghosting, no bleed through. It is smooth and my Pilot Prera fine and Pilot Vanishing Point extra fine fountain pen nibs glides across the paper (but no too much that I’ve lost control) when I use De Atramentis Document Ink - which tends to be on the dryer side. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my Monteverde brown sugar ink in a Platinum Procyon fine nib. It feathers horribly and bleeds through the paper. I blame this on the ink more than the paper. If you are looking for a fountain pen friendly paper, your mileage may vary depending on the ink that you chose to use.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Positive Review Fast shipping, well packaged, and exactly as described. I am highly satisfied with both the service and the product and would absolutely buy again. HP Premium 32 printer paper really delivers for fountain pen use. I use everything from fine nibs up to 1.2mm, and this paper handles them all with ease. No feathering, no bleed‑through, and no ghosting even when a printed page is stacked directly on top of another. While the ream costs around $25, the price per sheet makes it a very good value. The 500 loose‑leaf sheets have clean, precise edges, which I greatly prefer over tearing pages from a tablet. The weight and smoothness feel just right, and inks look crisp and well defined. This paper has officially become my go‑to for correspondence. In my experience, it even outperforms some very high‑end paper from France. High quality, Great Texture and Weight

Smooth texture, heavily weighted paper. I'm a sucker for nice paper and pay the extra for this high quality office printing paper. Use of laser jet color printer so can't comment on use with ink jet printers. I've been buying this as a subscription service and would never change to another paper.

This paper is amazing. I wanted something I could print recipe cards and White House documents for binders. The thickness, the sturdiness is perfect for us. Best, brightest, smoothest, most misfeeds

I set out on a mission to find the best premium laser paper for our new Xerox 550 multifunction device. It came with some nice Xerox premium paper which intrigued me as to what the state of the premium paper market was. I'll be quick out the gate and tell you that this was the best paper I tried out of the three-- the other was Hammermill Ultra-Smooth 32 lb 8 1/2 x 11 Inch Laser Print Office Paper 500 Sheets (10464-6) and Xerox Premium Laser Copy Paper, 98 Brightness, 24 lb, 8-1/2 x 11, White, 500 Sheets per Ream (3R13038). This paper was the brightest, whitest smoothest of all three. Printing a full sized full color photo led to a picture that looked smooth and without texture showing through from the paper. When printing a powerpoint I got the cleanest reproduction with the least bleed through on the other side. The paper is thick though, and almost borders on presentation paper like HP Premium Presentation Paper. Even on the thick paper setting on the copier (the Xerox we have is new and fairly advanced) I still received the most misfeeds/jams with this paper. It's the best paper, but it comes at the price of more work to use it, at least for me. This is why I've rated it 4 stars instead of 5. That being said, what you need in a premium paper may vary from person to person and project o project. If you weren't putting the three papers side by side, it wouldn't be so obvious that this HP paper is the brightest white. And sometimes you want a premium paper without feeling like a collection of card stock when you gather a few pages. In that case, the Hammermill Ultra-Smooth 32 lb 8 1/2 x 11 Inch Laser Print Office Paper 500 Sheets (10464-6) is my second choice. If you prefer something a bit thinner, my second choice was the Hammermill Ultra-Smooth 32 lb 8 1/2 x 11 Inch Laser Print Office Paper 500 Sheets (10464-6). It's a bit less ultra super white, but has a very nice smooth feel and print quality, and doesn't let the second side bleed through as much as the Xerox paper. If you are doing single sided prints, and want paper that feels more like regular paper, the Xerox is a totally fine option. In conclusion-- the very best paper is this paper for premium all around Laser printing. It's thick. It's probably thicker than I'd use for every day use. It would be totally appropriate for an office where clients visit the office and leave with a print out, for internal office printing that gets filed permenantly or displayed and when you don't want to pay the premium for presentation paper.

Outstanding quality, brightness, and gloss

This Premium 32lb paper from HP is a premium paper products. The quality and thickness great for business product and the brightness and whiteness of the paper is outstanding. I also use the HP 24lb paper, but it doesn't begin to compare to this heavier paper. When I use it in my presentations, people always comment on the quality of the paper.
