The media could not be loaded. I purchased this hoping it would be useful for school and video games, along with watching anime. I wanted a laptop I could play the sims on. This one works just fine. I haven't downloaded any add ons but I have no problem with gameplay. Good value and it's pretty light. Slightly heavier than my chromebook Browse the web is also pretty fast
