This is a great value. 32GB and a terrabyte HD. Everything was as advertised. Windows activation was smooth. It's a great little box, so far perfect. I had one little problem, there was no wi-fi or so I thought. I contacted [email protected] and they advised me that the wifi was supplied as a dongle. Both units I purchased would not pass the POST test. With power on, it would beep and the LED would flash and then it would turn itself off. The vendor does not have live phone support or live chat support. Trash product. Trash support.

Very nice quality. I ordered two of these. They are refurbished tho, and on one of them the plastic front plate was missing from one of them but I don’t mind at all. The computers both work as advertised, and as a small business owner who was just trying to upgrade from the slow computers I bought ten years ago, this computer seems lightning fast to me! Really happy with this so far. It is of course used and a refurb. I ordered an HP Mini 800 with I5-9500t, 32gb ram and 1tb SSD. It isn't advertised and might be luck of the draw but I got the model with 2 extra M2 slots--one fullsize for a second SSD-- another wifi sized slot and the extra HDMI port in the "flex port". There are also options available for cheap to swap this to a VGA, third Display Port, or USBC. I did not get built in wifi or bluetooth. They sent usb dongles for that, which worked fine but might be a problem for others given the limited usb slots . I have no intention to use it so it doesn't matter to me that it isn't built in. You could utilize the M2 slots for that. When it arrived, I installed Linux Mint dual boot. There was an issue with the HDMI sound which is apparently a known issue and can be solved by sudo apt install alsa-tools and sudo apt install alsa-tools-gui. AI and google lead me to the correct instructions if you need more. This is a great value for the money, but I might also consider an 805 or 705 if you intent to run it primarily as a Linux box as Linux works more seamlessly with AMD. I think I might buy another HP Mini to run streaming video to my tv in lieu of Roku or a smart app, to utilize Ublock origin. ... show more

The only outputs available on this PC besides USB are display ports. The problem is I am trying to connect a TV that has HDMI-only inputs and there are connection problems due to the adaptor. Amazon specifically states in the specifications "Number of HDMI ports - 1" in the drop down list. When the unit arrived I could not find any, and although I can still use the TV as a display it blocks signals from the BluRay drive. The external drive I use is now limited to CD's and DVD. If I had discovered this problem sooner, I would have returned the unit but it's been over 3 months since I purchased it. ... show more

Bought two of these. The first one was fine, setting up the second one and after 1st reboot it's loaded with viruses that I cannot get rid of. Tried a system reset, fails with an error because of a corrupt file. Then tried sfc /scannow from CMD and that fails as well. Tried downloading MalwareBytes but got a corrupt file and cannot run error. I'm past the return window so it looks like I have a paperweight. ... show more

Bought this for my dad. Thought that the wireless was builtin/internal but was not. The original WiFi dongle supplied with the computer did not work very well for my dad, he swapped it for one he had. He is very happy with the performance. Says it is speedy!!
