The laptop is clean, keyboard shows no wear and overall appears very lightly used. The computer is slower than my older Lenovo. I had wanted to replace the hard drive with a solid state drive, which would require the Windows 10 activation code. I assumed there would be an activation code with this laptop however there is none. The battery is completely dead, will not charge. The price was fairly low so the deal was OK.

I purchased this HP EliteBook PC to test restoring from backups in case of a disaster (who wants to hose their main machine when an accident happens and a mistake is made during a restore?). I was actually shocked to find that the PC that arrived appeared to be brand new! Everything works perfectly, it was clean and shiny, and even had Windows 10 22H2 installed. This was the best bargain I have ever gotten on Amazon!!

I ordered this computer for a Christmas present. When it came in it looked great and I immediately plugged it in and noticed it wasn’t charging. I tried another cord and thatdidn’t work. I even went so far as to order another battery and it wouldn’t charge either. Assumed it was the charging port so I processed a return. Ok, so it happens. I got another computer fairly quickly and when I took it out of the box, a ton of dirt fell out with it. I noticed the top was very scratched and the battery was partially detached. When I went to connect the battery, I noticed one of the battery hooks was broken off. I went to plug the computer in and the charging port was completely bent in on itself so badly the plug would not go in. Believe me, after waiting so long, if there was any way to make it work I would have. It looked like this computer was literally dug out of the dumpster and thrown in a box. I searched and searched for a computer to fit what I needed and this place had such good reviews. But this was no accidental defect. I am getting a refund this time instead of risking another piece of junk like this. I have never written a review but I had to this time. My advice…pay more money and get something worth it.

I was looking at chrome books for a cheap laptop when I cam across this for $160. I ended up buying two of them. One for me and one for my mom and I couldn't be happier. It's not the most powerful laptop in the world but for browsing and Microsoft office stuff it's plenty fast. And you just can't beat that price! I was a little concerned since they were refurbished but they look like nobody every used them. 10 out of 10 great deal on a cheap laptop.

TOTALLY in love with my new laptop. Im a cammodel that needed a new laptop for working on my website and broadcasting but i couldnt afford a brand new laptop so after extensive research based on my requirements for broadcasting i found this laptop for barely $200 and it works better than i thought. Its extremely fast, very minimal wear and tear thats just on one button but the screen, keyboard, mouse pad and outside is perfect. i intended to decorate the back with graphic stickers anyways. I initially had a issue with locating the product key for windows10 which actually this laptop was advertised as having windows7(bonus for me) but needless to say i contacted customer service(not amazon) and they responded after working hours so that was awesome. i have several other business ventures im looking into and need a laptop to work it all and have good faith this one will work out great. i initially purchased it to hold me over until i could afford a mac but i just may not need to, also side note: this laptop is BLUETOOTH which if i had a android id be in heaven because its the same function as airdrop for apple products. Id definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

Purchased this refurbished HP EliteBook 8460P as a work computer. I wanted something around $200 that would be used for grading, writing, teaching, and various other boring events. In the two weeks I’ve had it, I’ve had a couple glitches, but, even if those glitches weren’t attended to (continue to read) this computer would be exactly what I wanted. I was originally nervous about “refurbished” but Amazon, Blazing Prices, and the one year warranty, gave me assurance that if anything was amiss, I could get help. Two items were a little off and were rectified quickly by Blazing Prices. The original battery wasn’t holding a 100% charge and Blazing Prices refunded me the amount it cost for me to replace the battery (I had my money from Blazing Prices 4.5 hours after explaining the situation, WOW!). The second was more of a communication issue: I didn’t realize I had to enter the Windows 10 key to activate Windows 10. That also was rectified (it’s on a sticker on th bottom of computer and the buyer has to scratch off the first 5 numbers like a lottery ticket). I will purchase this product again (probably for family at Christmas)
