Was super happy about this order, it even came earlier then said said it made me more excited. First and foremost, the physical condition of the laptop was great, not scrapes, cracks or nothing. It was nice and clean. The laptop is great, for me it was easy and quick to set up. There was no issues with slowness whatsoever. Connected to Wifi great and the updates took at least 10-15 minutes, which ISNT bad in my opinion. However, when entering the computer it does become delayed for a short time before then going back to normal, not much of a bother to me. The thing that was the most frustrating and upsetting to me was the amount of storage. If you are looking to download games like i was then you cant really get big storage games like Genshin Impact, The sim and even Fortnite. The only game i was really able to get was Roblox and thankfully with steam i was able to get My hero ultra rumble. Roblox is a bit laggy at times but works fine still. I havent tried the other game but hopefully it works. Onto other basics, the audio and brightness/darkness is great, they work fine and the computer gets really loud. Another thing is the charging and battery life, both are great. No problems with that at all. Unfortunately this laptop will get a 4/5 or 7/10 because of the lagging it has, plus the low storage. I dont recommend this laptop for Gaming. More for work and school. I hope this review helped, this was my honest thought about the computer😊 ... show more

I have to comment to the customer service of this company. I worried I was being had when I got a windows 11 touchscreen at such an amazing price. When it came in and had the "no bookable device" error and "no hard drive detected" I definitely thought I was being taken for a ride. Customer service was quick to provide an exchange and even sent the replacement computer out before I even printed out the return label to drop off the other one. The computer is very nice runs smooth and is everything we need in a laptop for a fraction of a new one. This is the way to go especially if you have kids or a lifestyle that is hard on computers. This is definitely Italy the company you should buy from as they came through in a clutch situation ... show more

Showed up nicely packed in HP box and was very good condition at least as far as it looked but after powering it on and after days of calling hp/Amazon and many YouTube videos still can't connect to WiFi don't even give u the option to like it's from the days of dial up when everything still required a cord for connection. It was also just generally really slow especially for being a fresh operating system with no online time or clutter downloads or apps and yet it still took probably 10 seconds after clicking on the start button for it to bring up the screen. My free Metro phone from 3 years ago operates faster then that so don't buy this lab top is what I'm getting at lol ... show more

I replaced Windows with Ubuntu Linux. The Laptop works pretty well. It is clear that CPU and Ram are pretty small. Keyboard is the worst part in my opinion.
