Do not purchase this product. The direction to assembling this green house is not very understanding. You will have to be mechanically inclined. Some of the parts was marked wrong, there was a lot of putting together then you would have to take it apart or loosen the bolts and screws to assemble the next step or parts. I am missing screws and it took me two days to finally get hold of someone. they wanted my purchase order number before talking to me then told me someone will contact by email. The next day they did contact by email put only asked for my purchase order number and said someone will contact me again for what do I need. I still have not heard from them again. I did write them two more time for what I need, but no respond. Their customer service SUCKS. I recommend not to Buy this greenhouse. If I knew that it would be this much trouble I would have purchased a prebuilt one even if it would have costed me more. This is my recommendation about this greenhouse, DO NOT BUY. ... show more
