The first mirror we received was completely shattered, but the exchange process was super quick and easy! The new mirror was here two days later and is completely perfect! I love the vintage feel of the gold frame and the shape of the mirror. It’s not heavy and was very easy to hang.

Very pretty mirror, has that old fashioned loo and at the same tome is modern because of the finish...finish could be better, I bought the black and it is shiny black, I will probably end up antiquing it down the road. I have not hung this up yet, I just unpacked it, and that took a while! ...but it has no hanging wire on back and it seems to have two loops covered in tape, I suppose you hang it from that? Not looking forward to that. The beveled mirror is an added plus and really makes this nice. As I said, if the finish was not shiny this would get 5 stars and so, 4 stars for that and the no wire. Packing was double boxed and with styrofoam too, so it arrived safely, despite it not saying "fragile" or "careful glass/mirror inside" on outside. ... show more

The mirror is beautiful. I found an Inspo picture on Pinterest of a wedding welcome sign and wanted to use that for my wedding as well. I searched for vintage style mirrors and came across the exact mirror from the Inspo picture. It was delayed by a day in shipping but other than that everything went well. First off, like many other reviews on here, mine came in shattered. So, I had to get a replacement. Both of them are VERY glossy-NOT matte like the description says. It's a cute, unique design. I thought this product was priced high, but I was very happy to see how well it was made. Sturdy, good hanging hooks, and the mirror glass is beveled at the edge before the frame. I only gave it 4 stars for value because different colors have huge price differences! I think that is going too far. I really love this mirror and its antique look!! The packaging was safely placed and fully secured. However, there is a BUT. When I received my mirror, I noticed what appeared to be dust/white residue all over. I tried to wipe it off with a warm wet cloth but it wouldn't come off. I was really confused because I wasn't sure if that was apart of the look of the mirror or what. I looked at other buyer's pictures and didn't see anything that I had on my mirror displayed on theirs. I called amazon and they put me in touch with Howard Elliot. The customer service there was terrible and they said some mirrors come with a cloth to help clean off any dust particles. I sent them a picture and everything and still couldn't get a clear answer as to what it was.m - if it was dust or just the details of the mirror. Amazon encouraged that I return it for a new one, but I didn't want to receive the same exact mirror and go through the hassle. I kept the mirror and with some extra elbow grease was able to remove some of the white excess from the corners/curves of the mirror. ... show more

I got the golden version. The crevices have a whiteish color that makes it look like an old mirror that has collected dust over the years. For now I don’t mind that but it’s not ideal for everyone.
