Honestly I'm quite an easy person to please I thought the 15 mile an hour speed wasn't going to be great but I actually go pretty fast while riding the scooter the only time I ever wished it went faster was when I was riding down my road and they were two cops one on each side and they were talking to one of the people at one of the houses there and they happen to be on an incline which when the scooter goes up and incline it does slow down significantly it does not take hills well but these cops were sitting on an incline and my scooter going max speed and then suddenly slows down significantly right as I'm passing these cops and they both were staring at me I didn't want them to think I'm being nosey but the scooter told a different story 😂 so that's really the only time I ever wish it went faster but other than that overall it has great speed the battery life is okay it's fine for me because it gives me enough battery to get to and from work and that's all I care about if I tried to ride anywhere else it probably wouldn't like that and it might die but I only use it for work I don't really go anywhere else so it's a great scooter for the price and it fits my needs ... show more

Ok, I want to be truthful and say I don't know why I bought this. With that said, I was going to return it as soon as I got it, but before I returned it I wanted a boy ride. Well, my whole family fell in love with this scooter my wife and my son. Hence I never returned it, what I really love is how smooth it is to ride, the aluminum material feels durable and not cheap. I like the feature that you can relate the top speed 8mph or 15mph and i love the safety of the lights in the back and the front. Recently my spouse had purchased an electric scooty for himself and our little one. I was also looking to grt one for myself but on a small budget. Hoverfly had multiple options so I went to purchase one with 250W which runs for 12 miles and I am glad I went with the inexpensive option. This came with a good battery life which runs for 12-13 miles and fully charges in 4-5 hours. The scooter runs smooth with almost no noise at all. Hand brake function works fine. It is light weight and we could be easily carry it in car trunk along with other two scooters. At first I thought of getting a higher 300W battery hoverfly but honestly this one is enough for the fun ride or do little errands to a nearby store. First it is easy to assemble. It took me less than 15 minutes to get it ready to go. It is foldable, which means you can fit it in your car trunk whenever is needed. The battery life is great. It goes more than 10 miles with full battery, I only need to charge it every week. It is light weight you can carry it around. But at the same time it is sturdy. Also, and most importantly, it is comfortable and very easy to driver around. In fact I enjoy riding it. It can get to a top speed of around 15 MPH, which is more than enough. Got this as a surprise present for my 10yr old and he was super happy with it. Easy to put together since he was able to assemble it himself. We took it outside and the brakes are really on point and the stop smoothly that you didn’t feel it push you off. Has a big light in the front that lights a great distance. I don’t know if it’s because It’s new but battery last me for more than a week and he takes it to school everyday. I already have one but mine is too heavy for him, but this one is easy to carry in and out with ease. It fold with ease and it’s thin so it fits in corners for easy storage. We bought a scooter that goes up to 20 miles- 25 miles. I tried it couple times but just gets nervous that I’ll loose balance on it. So, I decided to buy a more beginner friendly scooter for my self. As my husband loved the other one and wants to go scooter riding around town with me. I find this scooter lighter in weight and more manageable for someone who gets nervous easily. Bought this scooter for my 11 year old's birthday and we've been using it non stop. First of all it seems to be well built, sturdy, and not too heavy for a pre teen. I love that it can hold over 200lbs which meant that everyone in our family can ride it which is a plus. We really have been enjoying it all together; it made the best gift. The front light and grip floor is a plus. It can go pretty fast too, 15mph. This electric scooter checked all the boxes for me. First off, it rides very smoothly. The top speed is great for cruising around town. The build quality is very sturdy and overall fully metal. The area where you stand is very comfortable and not slippery thanks to the textured rubber grip that it has. I wear size 12 shoes and still have a nice amount of room when I’m riding. The folding function works like a dream every time, unlike other scooters that I’ve had in the past that feel jammed whenever I wanted to fold them. The battery life is also great considering the price point as well as the charging time (a full charge takes 4 hours.)
