Product cannot be used. It's an electric rechargeable bike, with no charger included (and only the charger that's supposed to be included in the box can be used, you cannot use a different charger). Various colors of this product were discounted to varying degrees, around $160, and my 5-year-old used his saved money to buy it. When it was received with no charger, the discounts were no longer available and the price is almost twice as much, and he can no longer afford to buy it. We got two of these for our 8 and 10 year olds. Neither could ride a bike without training wheels, and I thought these might help them get their balance. Our 10-y-o got the hang of it after about 30 minutes and now zooms around and hops off small curbs with no problems. Our 8-y-o took closer to an hour of practice to really get the feel for it. I’m guessing they’ll be able to learn to ride normal bikes without training wheels now but we haven’t tried yet (their old bikes are in disrepair). * I wish they made a larger model. Fork bent and won’t fit front wheel axels unless I pull the fork open it seems to have been dropped pretty hard box was broken where the right foot stool rubber grip is shown to be broken and the foot stool itself and battery seems to have been damaged as well as the device doesn’t work at all ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My Granddaughter loved the bike and we had no problems with it since January 2024 when it was purchased and given us a gift. I had been warned, that this happens often with e-bikes that are bought online, but I’m one of them people that it always happens to others however for my family that was not today 8/24/24. Our upstairs house started filling with smoke, fire alarm going off in the basement, went down to Check and there were flames over by the electric bike. Was right beside the door so we were able to get it outside quickly however the batteries had burst and were scattered some as far as 8 foot away from the charging area area. The Battery cover was blown at least 5 foot away. I would not recommend getting this bike however with that being said I must add that up until Charging the bike less Then two hours today, it has been a great bike & my granddaughter absolutely loved the bike. She is very sad it is gone. ... show more

Overall good. The one thing that isn't mentioned anywhere is that you have to get it going with your feet before the motor will kick in. I believe this is an intentional safety feature but I thought I had a dud at first. My 6-year-old struggled all Summer last year trying to learn to ride a bike without training wheels. 2 days on this thing and she's a pro on two wheels. It's worth it just for that. ... show more

This has been the best Christmas present we got for your grand daughter. She rides it everyday. The charge last for about 4 hours of continuous riding. The e-bike is very lightweight and easy for me to put on porch for charging. Yes I will be buying more for the other kids as the get older.
