Overall the construction of the product is sturdy and the battery life seems to be OK so far. Biggest complaint is that one of the handle bars came with a striped metal opening and thus can't be screwed in properly. -- obviously a major issue in preventing my niece from using the device safely. I reached out to customer service and was told to replace the entire unit, which seems wasteful to me when all I need is a new handle bar. Purchased 2 of these. Both broke within 1 month. Talk about a waste of $400. This last one lasted 2 weeks. Now the display won't turn on. Powers up for a split second and shuts back off. Happy birthday to my son right?! Either spend another $50 and buy something else, or for go the electric style.
