  • fixed it
used these springs to fix my broken rocking chair, I had to cut them down to size but they were strong !

  • I was able to save my 20 year old recliner!
Great replacement spring for my 20 year old chair. I didn't want to throw away my chair when one of the springs broke so I order these replacements. The spring is a great replacement. The only problem I encountered was that my chair was manufactured in a way where I would have had to take apart most of the chair just to get the old spring off and the new one on. I decided to just rig it the best I could. I purchased some wire clips and used a clamp to connect the new spring onto the remaining part of the old spring. So far it is working just fine. This spring kit is excellent and it was the chair manufacturer who was at fault for not being able to install the spring correctly. ... show more

  • Replacing couch springs .
The spring fit in like a brand new part and it fit perfectly just like a brand new recliner should . It took me less than 30 minutes to replace both springs . You'll need the tool to load the spring .

  • Easy Install
Found a video on YouTube on how to remove the swivel base on a recliner. Easy access to springs once the base was removed. Cut the springs to length using a mini hack saw. It all went well. Good project to save my recliner.

  • Exact match to old springs!
I recently bought my first house and fortunately instead of having to buy a new couch, some friends happened to be moving out of state and offered up some of their furniture. I snagged a comfy 4-seater couch. At least the end seats that I always used were comfy. The girlfriend complained about her seat being painfully uncomfortable and lop-sided. So, I flipped the couch over and saw that each seat was supposed to have 5 springs underneath. This seat only had 2 side-by-side on the left side and a 3rd spring that was not attached to anything. I took the loose spring and attached it to the far right side and moved the second spring to the center. Flipped the couch back over and the seat was straight and bearable to sit on but still not perfect. So, I measured the springs and ordered these 2 to fill in the gaps. I did not use the included clips, as the original ones were still firmly attached to the couch. Install took seconds. Now this is the most comfortable seat on the couch. ... show more

  • Recliner Is Just Like New Again
Old recliner had two broken springs and split frame. Checked the price for a new one and decided to fix what I had. These springs were a perfect match and easy to install. I didn’t need the extra clips because the old ones were still in good shape. Put a gusset on the broken frame and now the recliner is just like new again. I’m happy. ... show more
