I'm am impressed with how warm , or rather how hot these get , I use them at night kinda like a heat pad for my hip and back they also seem to help with restless legs , but beware they get very hot DO NOT place against bare skin they can burn , I also put one in a backwrap this will keep you warm all day , they last a long time if I activate one at 7:00 PM it is still warm at 11:30AM the next day

These worked great as a temporary heat source to protect my tropical plants during a rare freeze here in New Orleans last year. I covered the plants and activated two of these each and threw it under the cover. Saved us hundreds of dollars in landscaping damage. I buy these every month for my man who works in a freezer. They are very good quality, he uses 4 per day for 10 hour shifts. This box lasts him an entire month and helps keep him from getting frost bite. I recommend for anyone in extremely cold conditions.

I've had these for about a year now, still have a few too. These work great for when it's cold. Just be careful as they can get pretty hot if you put it in your pocket. All in all a great product for when it's cold

I’ve been using these for years and started ordering them online in the last year. I noticed immediately that there is less charcoal inside of them than there used to be. They still work well for heat but they start getting cold 2 hours sooner than the previous version. I still recommend buying them because they work better than any other brand. I’ve tried most brands.
