They are great for doing anything on the cold side. Mixing batters, cake mixes, and other similar things. I especially like the long narrow spatula. It's perfect for pulling foods out of cans. In my opinion, they should not be used in hot food as they are a synthetic material that "may" give off harmful compounds. I do recommend them. ... show more
