Since I recently bought a high end stainless cookware set it was time to get new whisks. I had ones that were made for non stick, they were ok for non stick but got hung up on my stainless. This set works exceptionally well in my Calphalon Signature cookware. They do not hang up like the laminated rubbery non stick whisks do. They clean up easy with soap and water, would never put them in the dishwasher, (just like my stainless). They appear durable and I highly recommend this set.

The three whisks with the big handles have the Hotec logo on them, but the logo is barely noticeable. This makes them great for food photography because of the non-intrusive logo. The wires spread easily, making them incredibly easy to clean. Anything stuck inside won't be staying stuck there. The wires also have a bit of a wiggle to them, giving you more motion for less energy, allowing you to whip things up faster.

I totally adore these whisks, especially the tiny one. I needed new ones because the others we had was beginning to rust because I had them for a very long time, and besides I saw a cooking show using a tiny whisk and when I saw this set I knew this was the one for me.

These are super easy to clean. With the kids home doing homeschool, I was able to find a set of whisks that could fit their tiny hands so I could teach them basic kitchen skills. I assumed the kids would render them useless after a couple of uses but these still look new. Great kitchen find!!

These are a nice set of whisks. The various sizes are what I was looking for and this hit all of them. If you let whatever food you are mixing dry on these, they can be cumbersome to clean, so I would recommend rinsing as soon as you are able after you're done. All in all nice little set.
