So it may be partly because I run my boat in Lake superior (very low water temp) But it absolutely dropped the temp of my motor. I can do a full run of 6s, and touch the motor immediately. I should also point out that I have the dual cooling set up too

Looks great installed, however I did notice some leaking. Took it apart and cleaned up the seals and now it seems to be better but still leaks when running for a while. Overall a needed purchase, but won't buy again.

Replaced the leaky stock water cooling sleeve in my Traxxas M41 boat for this one. Motor is now much cooler and no leaks in my boat. Highly recommend this along with a dual cooling water discharge upgrade.
