First of all, I just love the box - it's glossy, modern, eye-catching and beautifully designed. Inside the box, along with the Kurve, there is a black, satin drawstring storage bag bearing the Hot Octopuss logo, a USB charging lead and two info leaflets. Charging the Hot Octopuss Kurve before use is simple due to the inclusion of a USB lead. I couldn't wait to get started. The Kurve vibe had felt like a top-quality intimate toy from the moment I plucked it from its black moulded box cradle. The shaft is covered with smooth, seamless plum purple silicone, while the tip is gel-filled for a tactile, squishy sensation. The buttons on the handle are easy to figure out and easy to find during use. Unlike other, lower quality toys, the Kurve has not just one but TWO motors inside. The TREBLE vibrations motor is located just beneath the gel-filled tip, while the BASS vibrations motor is lower down the body of the toy, just above the controls area. These motors can be operated independently thanks to the separate, labelled controls on the handle. You can have JUST the treble, JUST the bass, or both of them on at the same time – with differing intensities or pattern in either. I find the Kurve extremely effective. This is FAR from a typical boring product. And the power! Wow. The Hot Octopuss Kurve is rechargeable, waterproof, coated in body-safe non-porous silicone, easy to operate, has two powerful motors which can be operated together or independently and offers unlimited customisation when it comes to combining the speeds and modes. Charging lead and storage pouch is included, and I believe it's worth every penny of the price tag. Love it!

I got my Kurve and it worked great, definitely gets the job done! It is a louder vibe, particularly when using the bass function. It's not good for when you need to be super discrete. The controls are easy to use, though maybe a touch too easy. I did find that I was accidentally changing settings depending on how I held it. I did have a problem with the USB charger and the company fixed it without any fuss. One email and there was a new one in the mail to me. Cheryl was fabulous to work with and the replacement arrived just as I was told it would. Problems happen, and the quality of a company really comes out when you do have a problem and Hot Octopus was fantastic!

I loved the soft gel tip at the top of the Kurve, wide enough to cover the surface area of a larger G-spot, but also able to pinpoint a smaller area by adjusting the angle and pressure of the toy. On that note, it was incredibly comfortable to hold and adjust positioning with its ergonomic handle (unlike other toys that can cause sharp pains or soreness in the wrist). The bottom line? You're in complete control of changing the pressure and depth of insertion to feel just how to want it to! By raising or lowering each motor's strength, Kurve can reach the exact sensations you're searching for. It has the option of five vibration modes and unlimited — yes, you read that correctly — customization. However, if you're like me, you may find a few that work best for you and stick to those, only venturing away when you want to switch things up a bit. The toy runs for about two hours, is waterproof (hello, submergible fun!)

The Kurve might say it’s designed for G-spot stimulation but my clit looooooves it. The tip is wide enough that my clitoris and clitoral hood feel the sensations. And the vibrations are rumbly and throbbing so it feels like a massage for your vulva. It’s not quite as powerful as a large wand massager but it’s close. I used both the treble and bass buttons and turned it all the way up and I got off multiple times. The curve of the Kurve sat against my vulva so well that I clamped my thighs together and was able to use it “hands-free” for a bit. Overall, it’s a great vibrator whether you use it internally or externally!
