For those of you concerned if this has a burr or not, mine did, however it was easy to remove. It only takes about 1 minute to deburr. Just use the point of a sharp pocket knife and push between the threads toward the cutting side. The burr just pops out. I've been getting good lifespan out of mine, just use lots of oil and constantly reverse a 1/4 turn every rotation and it works great. ... show more

    • Good inexpensive set for home handyman.
I mainly bought this set for the two larger sizes, as occasionally I need to clean out threads on an old tub spout or some such. Does the job, but of course if I was a plumber I'd buy a more heavy duty set.

Just what I was looking for. The case didn't hold up to shipping but I'm not using the case other than keeping the tools organized and it's not on display and I didn't buy it because it was in a case. Outside of that it's a valuable set of tools.

Used on an RV water heater thar had a broken fitting in it. Cut out fitting, Used to retread and have no leaks
