Wow! We are pleasantly surprised that it hasn’t clogged, especially with how little water it uses! Even the “Serial Clogger” in our house has not plugged this tiny toilet, stating “It must be really well engineered!” We originally bought this toilet as it was the only one that was in stock and would fit in our small space (we needed a shallow depth/not long one so we could still be able to open the bathroom door). It was a bit risky as we have never heard of the brand, but we didn’t have another choice. We had a professional plumber install it, and they didn’t seem to have any problems. I will admit that the inside of the bowl looks intimidatingly small, like it won’t be able to pass anything other than a child-sized BM. Shockingly it has handled all it has been dropped in one flush. ONE FLUSH! The height seems fine, not short not tall, but average. The overall look of it is on the modern side and the porcelain is bright white (If I had a choice, it would have been for something less modern looking and less bright white). The one-piece design of it makes it super easy to clean. **My only gripe is the flimsy plastic toilet seat. It makes the whole thing seem much cheaper than it should. Oh well. It’s mean to flush poop and pee and it does all of that like a champ!

it's small but tall enough, 16.5 inches not including the seat. I like the seat. you can remove the seat completely and it is slow to close, both the lid and seat. Standard toilet fluid master fill valve will fit, plush valve appears proprietary but it good so far. It was easy enough to set like I have always set a toilet, wax ringson floor, bolts in, double nutted, then hover the toilet over the bolts and set it down on the wax. Functions perfectly so far. Tightening closet bolts was NO PROBLEM just use an open end wrench. No need to cover the closet bolts as there is access covers that easily cover the hole where you tighten the closet bolts down. ______ One month later... Perfect toilet after using it NOT EVEN ONE CLOG. Have not had to use the plunger. My local supply house did not have a 10 inch to wall toilet, it was to be a special order. So I found this toilet and it looks nice, glazed inside and out. No flaws seen and I looked for them. I have installed hundreds of toilets in both commercial and residential locations but this one is for me and it's terrific. The toilet seat can be completely removed by pressing a button, it just comes off and can be installed after cleaning just as quickly. Finish, packing of product, price, function, AVAILABILITY! Wish it was USA made.

The ball is very small I don’t like it you can’t reach behind it and flush it when you’re sitting down but there’s nothing I can do if I want to replace it I have to buy another whole toilet and pay $250 to put it in and I’ll just put up with this one for two or three years and then get a new one I bought one and it was 12 inch round instead of 10 and the plumber said it wouldn’t fit so I had to buy this 10 inch round in a hurry and it came and I think it’s too small, but I’m using it

I love this toilet! I am aware that makes me a boring adult. I’ve repeatedly repaired my old toilet for 12 years and had nothing but problems with it. My house is small, and there is only a ten inch rough in for a toilet. My bathroom is roughly the size of a coat closet. This toilet is one piece, so there’s nothing between the tank and bowl to leak. I installed it myself in less than an hour needing only a socket wrench to tighten the bolts. It comes with a new wax ring and the bolts you’ll need. If you are doing this without a second person, put a little plumber’s putty on the bolts to keep them in place as you lower the toilet. The access for the bolts in the side of the toilet is roomy enough to see what your doing and has enough room for your wrench. The toilet weighs about 70 lbs, much less than older ones. I’m a petite lady but I didn’t have any trouble maneuvering it into place. The water supply is set-up for a non-standard sized supply line, but unscrewing the adapter made it fit my current supply without problem. As for performance? It’s higher than my old toilet, so it feels bigger despite being much smaller. The dual flush is powerful and empties the bowl without issue. It uses less water but does not need repeated flushing. The seat could be a little sturdier but I think it will hold up. The plastic just feels flimsy after my old wooden seat. It’s not enough of an issue to deter my love of this adorable toilet.
