Wonderful waist trainer just wish the one I got wasn’t used prior.. paid for a new waist trainer it has hair all over it long blonde hair… as soon as I opened it had to pick hair all out of the velcro on it and wash it. I mainly bought this product for back support. I’m a CNA so I bend and twist a lot which has definitely made a noticeable impact on my lower back. This product is great for support. I’m 3 hours into my 12 hour shift and have already noticed a difference. I did a size small. I’m a 29 inch waist and size 4 pants. I bought this trainer to wear to the gym. It is a little tight at first, but as you wear it gets more comfortable. It makes my tummy sweat & I can see that it is definitely helping defining my waist. I like that I can make it tighter if I need too, easy to take off and on & it covers lower tummy and all the way up to below my breasts. I love this waist trainer. It’s a corset and waist strap combined. I just had a baby a few months ago and my core is extremely weak. I needed something to help me feel secure while supporting my core. I bought a large which was tight when I first put it on, but it’s supposed to be. The more I wear it the better it fits but never gets uncomfortable. I try to wear it a few hours a day while doing things that require mindless core like dishes, vacuuming, laundry etc. I plan to use it when I am back at work to help with my posture.
