This product is fantastic! Stay away from the cheap stuff from big box stores or grocery stores. This is a heavy duty fabric, easy to work with. Even better, the stakes that come with it are solid, good galvanized. I had some from another project that I bought last year, and they are already completely rusted. There are only two things to be aware of: I just ordered more garden stakes from HOOPLE i don't think there were enough in this package. Kind of thin.

I’ll give it a five stars it’s perfect other than the fact that it’s folded like a blanket and not in a roll like I was expecting, and even though it is fabric, I wouldn’t mind if it was a little bit thicker so me and my husband folded it in half to make it a little bit thicker which unfortunately made it not enough to complete the entire perimeter of our patio, other than that, it turned out pretty good to put the rocks on top of. ... show more

Great under watermelons.

Great Purchase

Just installed under Mexican pepples surrounding palm tree. Very sturdy, won't tear, and won't unravel when cut. Easy to work with and cuts easy. My instincts tell me that it will last quite a while. A lot of square footage for the price.

Quality has dropped

Beware that the quality has significantly decreased. I purchased this 3 times and the first two worked great. The last one is already started to tear and degraded. I put it on at the end of April. Summer has not yet started but I will need to put new one on.

I've been on ground gardening for 3 years now, but I've used raised beds for closer to 6 years. Our first year was terrible. I lost the battle against the weeds even though I was in the garden every day pulling them. The 2nd year (2021), I decided to invest in good quality landscaping fabric to help with weed control. That year I had the biggest yield of everything I planted. I had minimal weeds. So, naturally this year I decided to buy the same stuff again. It is the same quality as last year, nothing has changed. We even sized up to the 4ft. I bet you could reuse this fabric if you're using it like me and not burying it. I had some deaths in the family late last year and never got around to putting it in the shed for the winter. The only beef I had, it's probably not the sellers fault, but it was over a week late getting to me. But let me stress: this product is great. It allows water through just fine. Although the first couple times I watered it looked like the water was beading up on the surface, but it straightened out after it was soaked through. It's a two person install where one person holds the roll and the other person walks it out. We put a piece of rebar through the center to make it easier to roll out. We made our own stakes using fencing wire we had leftover from a previous project. I highly recommend this. The first picture is of my garden area as of March 2022.
