Wanted to put down a concrete paver path, with light foot traffic, to weed garden beds, on either side of the pathway, Like the width that's already cut to size. This makes putting the tarp down to prevent weeds to flourish far easier for us. As an older person, putting down the weed blocker is so much more easy, which is what we needed. It's great for putting down around trees to put mulch on to prevent mowing grass close to a tree. Using landscape staples is easy to use and secure down I will use it to run around my "cellar" of my house, to put down river pebbles where it meets gardens or artificial turf. It is thick and I expect it to hold up over time. Don't need big and wide weed blocker, so like the thrifty and already sized to fit spaces all around my yard. Couldn't be more pleased with buying this product. It is the traditional quality and appearance of larger sheets for larger products ... if you have those weed tarps = this appears just like them. I use to buy large rolls at home improvement stores and fold them over to boost the weed control but this is the perfect manageable size and appearance. Don't know how it will hold up over time. It's a little pricey but worth the money. It does come unthreaded on the sides easy, you have to be careful. However, I used it for my gardner and it worked great for weeds and grass. I didn't even plow or till first, I just laid it down and let the grass die under it for a few days, then cut small holes for my plants. Will be purchasing again ... show more

Looks clean and neat when applied to a variety of landscapes and is the perfect thickness to cover but still manipulate easily. Great price for coverage and stability. If one can use the six feet width it is not too bad but if you make vertical cuts it unravels a lot and makes it difficult to handle. This is the third time I have purchased a weed barrier from Amazon I will try to buy what I got last time and not this one again.
