Bumper is nice! Its nicer than expected for the money. This aint a 1/4" plate tree bumping, rock banging bumper.... and it isnt advertised as that. Its a great option for the stock bumper. The bumper install took me 2 hours total including removal of stock bumper and wiring of lights. I had ABSOLUTELY NO issues with the holes lining up as other people have mentioned. I left all of the bolts loose until completely installed and bumper was gapped then tightened up. GREAT BUMPER FOR THE PRICE!!!

Bumper is solid, 3/16 plate steel. Installed fairly easy. Recommend two people. I did it myself ,ugh! The stock bumper removal was easy. The toughest part was removing the stock tow hook , lots of WD-40 and a breaker bar! Nowhere could I find info on connecting the lights. So, I spliced 18 gauge wire to the lights and used t-taps to the driver side backup lights. Note, these lights are very bright!! All in all, a good purchase.

This bumper looks great on my 2010 four-door Jeep Wrangler’s. The back up lights are superbright definitely good quality. There was some slight scratches on the bumper when I received it but it’s a jeep. Should expect to get scratches.Great quality and fairly easy to install. Total installed time including removing the old bumper is about one hour.

Great bumper for the price. The finish is good and matches my front bumper from another company. The lights are bright and a nice addition to the reverse lights. However they are angled up because of placement on the bumper. Install was very simple with 2 people. If you’re in the rust belt save the headache and just cut the bolts off your factory hook. Overall I’m very happy with this bumper and now I can pull my small utility trailer.

I ordered a front bumper. No problem. I ordered a rear bumper and it came in with a damaged box, missing parts and several damaged areas. After a back and forth I finally gave in and accepted a partial refund and the promise of the missing parts. While I received the partial refund I have not received the parts. I was given a link to track the parts over a week ago. I shows "No Data Found". I asked for info again they sent me another link and after finding the translate button, it is the website without the tracking number associated so it does me no good. I asked for help again. Their customer service must not be in US, they answer at 2 in the morning so responses are always 24 hours or more. I wanted matching bumpers. I am about to ask for a full refund while I still can and get a bumper from someone else. I am very disappointed. Still waiting for a resolution. Update: after 4 weeks of back and forth, I agreed to keep the bumper. 2 refunds given. The missing parts finally came in. I almost didn't install it and waited 4 weeks to try. It actually was fairly easy to install. THEN, I tried to shut the rear tailgate with a 285 tire mounted on factory rims. We'll within what is posted. The tire hit the bumper and will not close. I have 2 choices take it back off and throw it away or figure out how to put spacers on the spare tire so it closes. THIS BUMPER IS TRASH abd customerservicesucks. !

Purchased the Hook Road front & back bumper combo about a year and a half ago. Great product and very sturdy. Unfortunately the back bumper does not hold up to well when ever tornado speed winds blow so hard causing your E-brake to fail pushing my jeep across the Dollar Store parking lot backwards into the Dollar Store sign at about 25 MPH. Ended up with a broken back glass, bent back gate, shattered tire carrier, and bent up back bumper. Should have put it in gear when I went in to get the most expensive cat food ever. If anyone needs a slightly used bent back hook road bumper let me know.

I have mixed feelings about this bumper. I don’t like the way the rear bumper mounts to the frame. The one bolt on rear passenger side does not line up correctly. The nut welded to Hoaks bracket that you put inside of frame is welded on a angle so it stripped the tread. I do like the look of the bumper plus it clears my 285 75 17 (33”) rear wheel and tire with enough clearance.

It is a bit thinner than I anticipated. Barely 3/16” at best. It is slightly deformed from the welding process. The bracing behind the D-Ring mounts is extremely thin. If I ever need to rely on those for recovery I will be concerned. It is shinier than I thought it would be and it has a textured finish. It mounted very nice. Everything fit as it should. Instructions are ok. It looks better than the stock plastic bumper
