I noticed my review with pictures has been purged. This bumper is flimsy junk. Brackets had to made and attached to keep it steady. I don’t know the folks who gave this 5 stars, they apparently have low standards for quality. This bumper is Chinese junk. Buyer beware.

While the instructions are hard to read and understand, the install was pretty straight forward. The bumper is well built and the lights are very bright; I would say this bumper is well worth the price. My only gripe (I failed to notice before ordering) is that the bumper doesn’t wrap around fully to the wheel well, and this leaves a gap of about 4” that’s a bit annoying.

For the $, this is a solid, serviceable, and good looking bumper. Installation instructions are mediocre at best, and obviously written by an ESL. The lights are decent at the price point. All of the structural welds are short, rather than full length. Time will tell if that's adequate for hard use. If you actually intend on putting a winch in this bumper, you'll either need some fab and paint skills and a.lot of creativity, or be prepared to pay some to modify this bumper. As shipped, the solenoid will not fit and the clutch is inaccessible. The winch plate features a 1"rise from the mounting point to the platform for the winch- its far too high, which winch contacts the top of the bumper. I added a 1/4" stack of washers between the frame and plate, to lower it.. wit the bumper raised as high as physically possible, the clutch clears- you have to open the hood and reach inside to access it, but it works. 3/4- 1" would be better, but the bolts aren't long enough, and M12x1.50, 10.9 (grade 8 equivalent) bolts are not available at youe local hardware store... I have yet to sort where to try to put the solenoid- there's only about 18" of cable included in the Badlands Apex..so either between the grille and radiator- or spend more $ and get longer cables. The above is just expectation management- a similar US branded bumper would run you $1200+. At a $650 price point, this is a decent bumper. Just don't expect to put a winch in it without significant modification, expense, and time..

The bumper looks ok, I specifically asked about what winches would work with this bumper before I bought it and was told most would fit no problem. That is false. There is not a huge amount of room for the winch. Pretty much just enough for the drum. Will not work with a winch with a tall cover over the drum or even a winch solenoid on top. At least not without modification. I cut out a portion to make an Apex Badlands winch fit. Lights are bright as hell. Sides don't come far enough back imo.
