Works for me/melasma and on fine wrinkles, heavy duty machine. I was getting red light in a doctor's office and after 5 sessions, one 30 min per week session my face was brighter. Saving money woth this machine, it does cost money but WAY cheaper than office visit and cheaper than burning money on one that doesn't work. Went down a rabbit hole of research and landed on this brand for many reasons. Lots of videos out there about wave length and light strength that you can look into. Been using this for a few months and after a few weeks my melasma got lighter. I was very nervous because I read it did the opposite for some people. My skin is in better condition and a bit tighter too! Will be using something similar for life! Strongly recommend. My sister got one from Costco that you use directly on your face, it is a world of difference. This one is strong and professional, the other one felt so light weight and ineffective. Also, red light face masks don't work, your welcome lol.

While I still have not yet assessed how well RLT works, I can attest to PLT, photo light therapy, regarding psoriasis through Pacific Skin Institutes PLT program. For the first time in over 30 years I am pain and symptom free, no pharmaceuticals, drugs, creams or lotions. This product is extremely well made. Robust steel frame and quality lamps. Sturdy stand, includes remote and eye protection. The three brightness settings are impressive. This has a lot of light power, does not have the LED flicker. The timer is great and I like that it is portable. I'm looking forward to see what kind of results I get over the next few weeks of use.

The red light is very powerful, your can feel it when it turns on. Keep at a safe distance to avoid dry skin. I use it after night bath and then drink collagen peptides before going to bed. Few weeks later, I feel my body is more robust. Swimming is lot faster than before. Red light is effective. It can with a goggle, a remote and something than can hang on the door. But if you prefer to place it straight on the floor, please be sure to place on a flat place and keep it stable!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this company because it was clear that they had fans. The light creates heat and heat degrades motors, machines etc. They seemed serious about creating a serious machine. I used LED lights 20+ years ago. This is a huge improvement. I'm wrestling with Plantar Fasciitis and this has been a huge help.

I’ve been dealing with the dreaded perimenopausal itchiness and hives for MONTHS, specifically on my face around my hairline. It’s been so bad that I haven’t even been able to apoly any of my nice skincare products because it was causing a flare ups. I’m kind of in shock, but this RLT device (Ultra 360 version) has DRASTICALLY reduced my symptoms. I almost didn’t want to say anything because I’m afraid to jinx it, but I’ve only been using it for about a week (30 mins 5x a week) and I am already able to use my skincare products again! On top of that, my itchiness and hives have been very minimal compared to what I’ve been dealing with for soooo long. We’ll see how it goes more long-term for my sun spots, wrinkles, etc but I’m honestly so blown away by what it has done for my hives and itchiness.

This has several settings & a timer. Happy to do this in the comfort of my own home rather than drive to a clinic 20 miles away. I just use it every other day to soothe my sore muscles. I think my skin is softer because of new collagen. Hopefully it can boost my immune system too.
